I think they do a great job! It is obvious they are almost always busy, but has been my experience that they do their best to work efficiently with a smile of their face. They are professional and have always done their best to help me fill prescriptions in a timely manner. Thanks to the entire pharmacy team!

Its really difficult to pick up prescriptions here. I think the staff might just be overwhelmed which is a reflection on king soopers more than the pharmacists but its still frustrating. They dont have a good system set up.

The self check out lady was rude. I never once asked for assistance yet there she was over my shoulder. I get it that it's their job yet there were enough people she could've been watching. I then paid for my items when the security officer asked to see my receipt, as if I didn't just have someone watch me scan my items. I didn't realize I was at Walmart. Nice neighborhood yet because I don't look the part...

Refused to sell me basic syringes for my medication while I waited for my prescription to come in the mail from Kaiser. The 'pharmacy manager' Dennis claimed that it was against policy but couldn't provide the policy when I asked for it. Went to Walgreens and they sold me a box no problem. Worthless and will never fill an Rx here.

Came twice to fill the same time sensitive prescription. Was told by staff it would be in stock but wasn’t. No accountability. No apology. Best solution they had was to send us to a different pharmacy 25 minutes away. Won’t be using the pharmacy again.

This store by far is the best king soopers that I have been to! This is the cleanest and friendliest store around. Keep up the good work employees. Thank you for all that you do and all the help that you give to the customers that tells us that you truly care!

This pharmacy used to be a breeze. Super helpful staff, in and out. Today the line was about 6 people long when I got in, and literally took 40 minutes to get through. That said, bless their hearts, they were running their butts off. I expected at least a hint of an attitude when I got to the front, but the staff here are the absolute friendliest in town, and I feel really bad for them. Clearly this place is exorbitantly understaffed, so I hope they figure that out.

Please be wary of sharing certain medical conditions with staff as there is a pharmacist who is incredibly discriminating against children and adults with adhd. So much so that today I went to pick up a medication I have had for 3 years, with instructions given by my psychiatrist and was met with “your insurance denied it until late tomorrow “- to which I said “ no worries, I’ll pay out of pocket and file a claim, it always works out- need to get on a plane for work!”. Guess what? After being shamed- within 20 minutes my insurance magically approved it and I was on my way- it wasn’t denied— it was never run!!
I asked for the pharmacist’s name and was ignored. This has happened for the last 3 YEARS when dealing when this specific pharmacist. I will be going back tomorrow to speak with their manager Dennis and give them every detail of my experience with diagnosis discrimination -as no parent, no person should have to fight for medication and actually, bizarrely lied to. I hope this woman gets the help she needs - but she should not be in charge of anyone’s life saving/changing medication.
