The women who work first thing in the morning at 10 AM on Sunday (Rachel and Stephanie ) are rude, slow and inconsiderate. I went in for prescription And was treated like I was stupid and extremely poorly if I could give zero stars to those two women, I would. I never felt more disrespected and pushed to the side in my entire life. I desperately needed my medication. I explained to her that I was not feeling well And she treated me like the biggest burden. This is your job lady if you don’t like it get a new job. I would not recommend getting your prescriptions from this pharmacy unless there are other people working I plan to go back and get names and report them. It was completely unacceptable

Honestly, I recommend you to go to this place just if you need something urgent because the Staff makes you feel unwelcome. I have already gone on several occasions, because I moved nearby, and I repeat it more and more. I had to wait 45 minutes for a Money Order when there were only two people in line, besides the person who attended me didn’t even greet me, he only asked me what I needed and when he gave me the order he didn’t even look at me and only said Next.

This pharmacy has shown a complete lack of compassion or urgency. I have been waiting for medication I desperately need for cancer-related pain, and every call is met with rudeness and zero willingness to help. When you’re in pain and fighting for your health, the last thing you expect is to be treated like you don’t matter. Their disregard is not only unprofessional, it’s cruel. No patient should ever be left to suffer like this.

I had great customer service over the phone yesterday to confirm my pre surgery scripts got sent to the pharmacy. They also updated my cell number for auto notifications. And then I got notice that afternoon all scripts had been filled. I had easy parking in the morning to pick them up. Thank you!

I sent my prescription to this location after having moved recently, and got an automated voice message telling me to call the pharmacy for next steps as they didn't have it in stock. When I called, the pharmacist that answered made me feel like I was trash, scum on earth, and acted like I was a junkie for even asking about my medication and told me to go somewhere else. Legitimately one of the rudest, most unpleasant and condescending persons I had the misfortune of interacting with over the phone. Incredible short fuse. My partner also got the run around from the pharmacists, telling him that he needed to wait 30 minutes for his prescription at different times on the same day, even though he got an automated text saying it was ready for pick up the day before. Seriously consider re-training and/or replacing your staff.

Absolutely terrible customer service from Sarah in the pharmacy. I called to confirm my prescription was still ready and available. Less than 30 minutes later I went to pick it up and she told me that they had already reshelved my prescription because it had been too long. She was rude and condescending when I asked why that happened and when I had JUST called to confirm it was ready. I will be changing pharmacies.

Absolute worst customer service. The people who answer the phones hate their job apparently. I have had nothing but sass and pushback on several occasions. Today was the last straw, literally had the woman on the phone hang up on me because she was so short. Also talked over me when I was trying to explain while I was calling, like she didn’t want to hear it, just kept interrupting saying name and date of birth without listening. Needs major customer service help.
