I've always had a good experience with the staff here. They definitely seem overworked and underpayed but that's corporate's fault. They've been polite every time I've come in.

This pharmacy has gone completely downhill in the last 3 years. The only one who is competent and nice is the older woman pharmacist that has been there for awhile. The rest of the staff, which is the girl with the washed out blue hair and glasses and then the older one with shoulder length hair, is rude and will say one thing and do another (example: yes I can transfer that prescription just give me the phone number I need to call/we can't do that. It's against the law..click). Hopefully they can get it together again like they used to.

Refused to fill my prescription and threw away the paper so I couldn't go somewhere else. Their reasoning was that my voicemail was full and my doctor was on vacation, so they couldn't contact someone immediately, so... Just throw it out I guess... This was a few years ago but I'm still mad about it, and seeing the recent reviews I decided not to keep silent.

Very helpful. It took no time at all to pick up my prescription. The entire store genuinely is a great place to do shopping.

i’d be surprised if they got anything right the first time. this time!! the girl forgot to put my prescription in. just takes it puts it to the side and walks away… i had 4 teeth pulled today. so there’s that.

This place is a nightmare. They are always out of common drugs, so if you dont want to wait over a week every time you need a prescription then don't come here. Extremely unhelpful and uncommunicative. ?

I rarely ever write reviews at all but the staff here was rude, distant, and disrespectful for every interaction I have had with them. On top of the disrespect, I waited for four hours for only one of my prescriptions to only be filled. Avoid this pharmacy if at all possible.

This pharmacy has been understaffed for years and it makes the experience as a customer miserable. Staff are clearly always stressed and half traumatized. I go in feeling scared to ask for anything except pick up for my standard pre-ordered refill.I would call the customer service rude but I truly believe it’s because the staff are under-supported and under-staffed. They have too much going on with all the things they are being asked to juggle. They are doing their best.King Soopers- do better. This area is one of the most densely populated areas in the city. Expect it to be busy and staff accordingly.

I work in customer service and I NEVER give an attitude to the customers that are the very reason I have a job. I came in today to pick up a prescription and there was someone in front of me at the window and I didn't hear them say the other window was open so the customer in front of me moved aside and the pharmacy worker at the counter literally angrily yelled at me to go to the other window at the same time the other pharmacy tech (the young girl with the grown-out blue/green hair in a ponytail) rudely yelled at me too. I was so taken aback by it I was flustered at the counter when she asked for my birthdate and accidentally gave them my last name instead so she proceeded to rudely snap at me because I said the wrong thing. There was not one single hello, how are you, how can I help you? I just felt hate and annoyance directed toward me from the very minute I got there. Then she proceeded to tell me that they have a problem with how my doctor instructed them to fill the prescription. Their actual pharmacist was the one that told me I could go to the doctor and request it to be filled like that, as long as the doctor approved it which they did, because he was very understanding to the fact I don't have insurance and this is a really expensive medication. My doctor also told them to fill it that way in the prescription notes. I have filled this several times, in exactly the same way, over the past few months. I proceeded to tell her I can't afford the whole thing so that's why it is done that way. Instead of being empathetic and nice about it she rudely snapped at me saying they won't be doing this for me ever again. There is no reason to treat people the way these people, especially this girl did. I will absolutely be going to a different pharmacy for my next refill.

The pharmacists are fine. Experienced, polite and efficient. But, SOME of the techs are the absolute worst! Rude, ignorant and immature. Whenever I complain to their pharmacist, things improve pretty fast. But, then they leave and a new bunch comes in with that disgusting attitude.

I've had some issues with this pharmacy since I moved here with two different RXs that had plenty of refills. One ran out of refills due to incompetence, and now I am out of said refills and cannot get anymore because I no longer live in the state that wrote the RX and haven't been able to get into a new Dr here yet. I called for refills for FIVE weeks on my migraine medication and was told it would be refilled. It was never refilled. I finally called to ask what was going on and was told by the nice lady that answered the phone, "oh our preferred company has been out of it/backordered... but we have a different company IN STOCK NOW and we can have it ready in 15 minutes." To say I was MAD was no joke. How can you have the EXACT medication on your shelf, but NOT your preferred company... and delay a refill 5 weeks??? Now I am out of the medication and have to wait 6 months to see a neurologist here for a refill.
