I am a huge fan of this location. We have only once had a problem getting my son's medication (son and myself were both on Adderall) and that was during the major shortage. We had his doctor modify the dosage to one the pharmacy let me know they had, and we were good to go later the same day. I want to stress that this was during the major shortage that I think we've recovered from but wouldn't know, because KS pharmacy always has what we need in stock.
I often get the reminders that our meds are available for pickup and leave them so long that they are put back. This is very much a terrible trait that I'm working on, but the pharmacists and techs never give me any attitude when I get around to asking them to put them together again. I really appreciate not being made to feel like the PITA I am and the friendliness I am greeted with instead, face to face and over the phone.
I want to note that it's been this way for years. I don't understand the negative reviews from the past, but maybe I was just lucky... or those customers were just super unlucky.

Always have a stellar experience here. Scott has helped me and always goes above and beyond other pharmacies (called around to find a rx in stock,etc). Rx is always filled super quickly. A++++

It's like a war zone against its own customers. Hostile, mean, dirty, no restrooms, long lines, closed self checkout machines, unstaffed departments (meat, bakery, florist), lines down isles, stressed angry customers, overly intimidating & verbally abusive security, frequent yelling and fights. A picture perfect example of how not to run a supermarket. I will gladly pay more at whole foods or drive anywhere to avoid this place. It's horrible. I can't believe that Kings Corporate has ever set foot in this store.

The woman filling in today for pharmacist should be in another field. Pharmacist involves customer service and I've never had to deal with anyone so rude. I had to use my prior customer service skills on her. What an awful day she must be taking out on others.
As for the regular manager, he told my husband my medication would always be in stock for me now.... it's been almost a year and they still get it wrong every time.

What is the point of having a phone number for this place is they never answer and immediately put you on hold without saying a word and leave you there without ever coming to the phone. Are you kidding me? I've tried calling this place for DAYS IN A ROW and they continue to do this. I have not reached an actual person at this pharmacy.

So they had the prescription ready the next morning just like they said they would. I walked into the store with no line at pharmacy and the guy was really nice! I had a great experience!! Thanks you guys!!
