Always have a stellar experience here. Scott has helped me and always goes above and beyond other pharmacies (called around to find a rx in stock,etc). Rx is always filled super quickly. A++++

It's like a war zone against its own customers. Hostile, mean, dirty, no restrooms, long lines, closed self checkout machines, unstaffed departments (meat, bakery, florist), lines down isles, stressed angry customers, overly intimidating & verbally abusive security, frequent yelling and fights. A picture perfect example of how not to run a supermarket. I will gladly pay more at whole foods or drive anywhere to avoid this place. It's horrible. I can't believe that Kings Corporate has ever set foot in this store.

I have called four different times today and have been held by four different people. I am very happy each to all of them who have tried to help me and finally my prescription is there and they did a great job, so I just wanted to say that thanks

So they had the prescription ready the next morning just like they said they would. I walked into the store with no line at pharmacy and the guy was really nice! I had a great experience!! Thanks you guys!!

The woman filling in today for pharmacist should be in another field. Pharmacist involves customer service and I've never had to deal with anyone so rude. I had to use my prior customer service skills on her. What an awful day she must be taking out on others.As for the regular manager, he told my husband my medication would always be in stock for me now.... it's been almost a year and they still get it wrong every time.

What is the point of having a phone number for this place is they never answer and immediately put you on hold without saying a word and leave you there without ever coming to the phone. Are you kidding me? I've tried calling this place for DAYS IN A ROW and they continue to do this. I have not reached an actual person at this pharmacy.

I used to be an avid and loyal King Soopers shopper but this store is one I don't walk into unless Safeway is out of something I need. The lines are always ridiculous and every time I've gone in the store, it has been rearranged and I swear I can't ever find anything I'm looking for without it taking an extra 20-30 minutes figuring it out. While I think self checkout is convenient it's not when you have a full basket and there aren't any checkers available to help you out. They always have a cop standing at the front door and it's kind of unnerving because I don't see this at other stores so it must be due to the number of incidents that occur there? Anyhow, if this place could get better operationally it might be worth going back at some point. Also they need increase the number of checkers and focus on customer service and that would solve the majority of their issues. Rooting for them to hopefully take feedback as a gift and implement some changes to help salvage loyal shoppers who have gone elsewhere.

I really did not want to write a bad review, but literally after standing in only one cash out line with full card that I put together in the half time of the wait in line, I saw a manger just casually watch a person in line in front of me packing their own bags while yelling something funny a cross the store! Employees were working hard, I can tell, just poorly managed, and shelves were empty by 7:00pm when I was shopping

Justin, the pharmacy manager, is outstanding! Although he and his staff are very busy, they are very courteous and explain what is going on if they cannot get everything done as quickly as hoped. They never act like you are an imposition, like some other places do when there is so much to do for so many people.

The Pharmacy is usually busy. When the regulars are there, you can get them to look up another price for you to make sure you get the cheapest rate. They are all very helpful.

Had a prescription order put in early Thursday but I never heard from the pharmacy about the status. I called an hour before closing and they told me that it would be filled first thing in the morning.Unfortunately, this was not the case. I waited all day until the 8:00 mark again and came in only to be told that it still was not filled and it was looking like it wouldn’t be done until Monday unless I wanted to go to another store 20 minutes away.I have no choice but to make the trip and I’m blown away at the lack of understanding and poor communication from this pharmacy. I can’t believe the pharmacist felt that it was a feasible solution to have to wait until Monday for a medication I was supposed to start on a Thursday the week before.Days later, I still have no prescription and hopefully the new store I’m being sent on a wild goose chase to is able to fill it “first thing in the morning” as I’ve been told now for the second time.Strongly consider your alternative options when selecting your pharmacy.
