My son was prescribed antibiotics, they only gave us a portion of it (2 bottles instead of 3 to complete the 7 day course). I had to head to work, and the antibiotics had to be refrigerated, and they wouldn’t work with me and give me the water separately so I can reconstitute at home to not compromise the medicine.

By far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with, staff is not professional. Also it had been over 12 hours since my prescriptions had been sent and they still didn't have them filled!

I had a prescription for Ibuprofen and a topical lidocaine sent in around 7am this morning. I just showed up at 12:50pm (they open at 9am) and I was told I would have to come back at 1:45pm because it had been received but not filled. I told them I have work at 2pm and that wouldnt work, the answer i got was that they would fill it after their lunch break. I asked what I couldve done to avoid this and I was only told there was one person filling prescriptions that morning. They had 3 and a half hours to fill a prescription thats available OTC and one that comes in a liquid bottle, and i was told to come back later.

The worst Customer Service ever at the service desk there was an associate sitting behind the counter, eating a sub sandwich since she was a manager and did not want to help us. Send us to self check out with another manager. Sandy did not want to help us called the third manager. He did not have any codes to run the service desk asked for the store manager‘s name three times and all I got was Vince no last name no one knows who he is said they didn’t even meet him. This store is a joke. Their employees are jokes I will never ever come here and never send anybody here. Horrible experience, rude people disgusting people, worthless.

If you need a prescription soon make sure to call first to see if they even have the type of medication available before the Dr sends it(xtra footwork)Time and time again, Dr sends it and I always get.."it's on back order!" I waited 2 weeks one time and then gave up! The Reunion location is Always so kind and have your prescription ready and on time. I'm on my way there now ;)

If I could give this pharmacy negative stars I absolutely would, I don’t even want to give them a single star. This is by far the worst, slowest, and unprofessional pharmacy I have EVER had to deal with. My mother’s prescriptions are never ready when they should be nor when they say they are ready, I have had to come back on multiple occasions for medicines to be filled when the order was put in by a doctor early in the morning, sometimes a day before. They always have some made up excuse as to why they can’t be professional and fill peoples very important medicines on time, and when people are sacrificing precious time to pick up their medications. This entire pharmacy and staff needs to go, and get a real one with true professional staff put in. Step it up King Soopers, this location always has so many problems, but messing up peoples medications is so far out of line. Absolutely horrible pharmacy. Don’t do your business here and save yourself the stress.

Never fails to waste your time. Takes forever to get anything done around here. Honestly you’d be better off driving down to reunion than trying tog eat your prescription here.
Time and time again they promise to have my scrip ready that day. I give them some cushion and show up the day after, and it’s STILL not ready. What is going on in this place?

I have always been extremely impressed with the speed and kindness that this pharmacy delivers. The pharmacy manager is very polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. The staff she works with is equally as wonderful. It's a tough job, and technicians are on a shortage nationwide, but the crew at King Soopers in GVR is amazing.
