Super busy with calls and a line, but Scott was patient and good humored. He was super helpful with my questions and kind to everyone he was taking care of. Got my vaccine shot day within 10 minutes once I was checked out.

I'm so damn tired of buying meats at this store that can't even last 24 hours! SO TIRED OF THIS!!!! Every time. If I buy meat one afternoon, if I don't cook it THAT night, it is completely spoiled by dinner time the *next day*. ABSURD!!!!!!!!!!!! beyond frustrated. Not that King Soopers cares.

Never order balloons or flowers from King Soopers in the morning. The Glendale, Colorado location, customer service called 3 times for store manager to come and never did. King Soopers, you can afford to hire more staff with your food prices!!

Never been treated so rudely. This has been my go to store for 10 years and based on my experience with a particularly rude "cashier" (can't really call them that due to fact that you don't actually have anyone checking people out). I didn't want my unbagged veggies on the conveyor belt so I placed it on the conveyor belt. She made a comment that common sense tells you you have to put it on the belt. Then I'd asked if you price match and was snapped at that she didn't know. And didn't think so. The machine wasn't allowing the card to run as credit an issue you've been aware of, so I had to move. That spurred the taking of payment at the self check out cashier. She then told the security guard I stole two bags. Because I hadn't bagged up my groceries yet. You can look up my KS number and see how much money I won't be spending in your store. You've lost a loyal customer. And if you think accusing customers who are obviously paying for their goods, of stealing, then your business model needs major tweeking. There are literally three other stores that are closer to me. have never had a bad experience here tbh. female pharmacist is always nice and remembers me and my meds, and all the pharm techs have also been nice

This place is an absolute disaster. I stood in line for over and hour, then to have them tell me it would be 5 minutes before my prescription was ready after I checked out. Sat for over 45 minutes and got up and asked them and they told me to get back in line. One lady had the same experience but she was there for an hour and the pharmacist started yelling at her. No responsibility. If you tell someone it will be 5 minutes and to take a seat, then to later yell at them when they have waited patiently and you tell at them to start the process all over. This is now a corporate issue. I’ve never seen such incompetent people running a pharmacy. Had to go back twice — never again!

King Soopers Belcaro, 825 S Colorado Blvd Denver, CO, is probably the worst store in their chain. I wanted lemonade and asked a clerk for help finding it. I was told, "We are out. If we stock more, it sells out, so we only carry a small amount." A second time, I asked a clerk for bar soap. He said. "We carry it, but we haven't stocked it. We should have some sometime." They had no bars of soap stocked! What kind of supermarket doesn't have any bars of soap? On more than one occasion, I've wanted to buy bread. They were stocking the bread aisle, had it completely closed, and weren't letting customers any access to bread. So I couldn't buy bread even though the aisle was full and the bread was three feet away from me. The management of that store is entirely incompetent. The store has two entrances. One door is locked between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am. Two minutes before the door was supposed to be locked, I arrived at the door. It was open, not just unlocked but open, but the guard wouldn't let me use it. This morning I arrived 10 minutes after the door should have been unlocked. Again the door was open, and again the guard wouldn't let me use it and sent me to the other door. The store is in a primarily residential area and could have a very successful business, but they are rarely busy because of inferior management and poorly trained employees. Stay away from this store.

Screw this place! They carry less and less of normal products. The counters open at 11 and close at 3pm. How is anyone who isn't retired supposed to buy meat? Hire people or close the store.

The pharmacy staff here is AWESOME. I always obnoxiously call the second my prescription is called in for them to fill and they always help (apologies to staff for said obnoxious calls). I work and go to school full time so my schedule is bananas but I so appreciate it. Pharmacies post Covid are very short staffed and they are always busy but ALWAYS kind and prob undervalued. Your community thanks you
