Generally they are very good and timely. However, when they get busy, one of the girls there in particular becomes quite rude.

Lunch break says 1pm. I arrived at 12:40 but was turned away. They say they stopped vaccines at 12:30. And closed the door at 12:45. If you’re coming for a vaccine, get there early or wait till 1:30 to come.
After they reopen, I was the first patient waiting in line, but they served others picking up prescriptions first. No explanation was given. Maybe they assume vaccines take longer, but regardless, this shows a lack of respect for vaccine patients.
I didn’t get out until 1:50. Anyone coming for a vaccine should know: posted times aren’t reliable, and we may be treated as a lower priority. Really poor experience and a frustrating waste of time.

The evening female pharmacist (blonde short hair) was very unhelpful. Stood in the way of me getting my birth control which’s prescribed for my PMDD. She made things really complicated for me. And now I have to suffer for god knows how long until I get the prescription filled some other way. Very bad service I really wish bad things upon her.

My husband was traveling for work and forgot a crucial part of his CPAP mask/machine. I called around to help him find something and spoke with the most helpful and kind pharmacist right before they were closing. He went out on the floor to verify they had what was needed and made sure it was available for my husband during store hours even after the pharmacy had closed. So grateful for the service and what they carry here. Thank you!

Pharmacist was nice and sweet and so helpful in asking about vaccine coverage. But gosh - the woman who checked me out was an absolute pill. Very rude and treated me like I was an inconvenience in picking up a prescription and asking if there was more than one. This is not the first time there was negative hospitality here. Will definitely find a new pharmacy just to have some sort of happiness in errands.
Oh and to add. To ensure they had my prescription available on time since they had a glitch the last time I received a ready text, I was in hold for over 10 minutes.

I called at 12:30MST about a script and I had never dealt with someone so rude on the phone. She wouldn’t let me talk and when I tried to say thank you bye she hung up on me and cut me off multiple times. Seems to hate her job will never go back. Always a terrible experience and horrible customer service and communication about scripts

GOOD LUCK!! This is a review of how Kroger pharmacies handle their stock and communication about prescription availability, not the employees themselves (though I did get four different answers to the same question from four different people over the course of five days, so that’s a factor as well, I guess). I have been without a very necessary medication for five days now. Each day, the app tells me it will be “ready today at x-time-of-day” despite it being out of stock entirely. I was told they were getting a shipment in on Monday (today is Thursday) & that they put me into the “fill upon arrival” queue, but to call that afternoon “just in case”. So, I called as directed & was told “we don’t know our delivery schedule, call back tomorrow”. Five days of that & apparently no one has a single straight answer for me. With eighteen years of customer service under my belt, I know full well when I’m getting a “just tell them you don’t know” response and that’s what getting a script filled with this pharmacy is like every month come refill time…so, yeah. GOOD LUCK.

Came here because they are listed as the cheapest price on GoodRX but they refused to accept it, saying if it doesn't make them money they don't take GoodRX.

Staff is always helpful, and usually very friendly and kind- seems like everyone in there is always working very hard to keep up with the work and good customer service.

Worst customer service. Short on staff and double charged me on several items. Waited in line for 20 minutes in customer service just to get it corrected and my money back. These place is awful shop somewhere else. They also have one customer service person. Sucks!

After fighting with Walgreens for hours and then switching to this pharmacy I’ve had the best experience with them. Every single person here treats you with respect, dignity and is genuinely an alright human. They’ve done really well by me and I’m happy that they’re my pharmacy
