They stopped selling rolls of quarters in 2020 Covid Times. Covid times 2020 is over. They still call their help desk center, customer service. What customer service is this? Just go to Safeway or Trader Joe’s. They understand that in these neighborhoods, we need quarters to do laundry down here.

I have two favorite King Soopers stores: Corona and Kamaria. IThere I can usually find what I need. The special for me at my latest trip to Corona were the 5 boxes of Tropicana orange juice, buy 5 and get a dollaroff each bottle. For us oldsters: give us better info on setting up digital accounts. I set one up to take advantage of the specials like 20 tubes of Colgate toothpaste for $10.00. Also on my latest shopping trip Jessie, the Courtesy clerk, helped me carry 5 heavy bags out to my car. A shout out to Jessie for his help. Michele Dolphin

Rotten produce. Bought a pack of peppers today and they were filled with mold.

I think most grocery shoppers have a love-hate relationship with their supermarkets. That's certainly the case here. This market is convenient, just a couple blocks from my house, but they're often out of what I want, the aisles are crown need and narrow, the music is too loud and intrusive, the parking lot is a disaster, and you're pretty much forced to do self-check because there are only a couple stages lanes available. So I keep going back. I am not looking forward to the merger with Albertsons/Safeway because all m my favorite products will most likely change, if the store doesn't close completely (it's only a few blocks from a Safeway).

Nice store. Good selection. 1 star off for tight parking and equally tight aisles. Checkout clerk was very friendly.

This is my neighborhood grocery store and I love it. Everyone is always really kind especially Butrious and Michael in produce! Their selection is pretty average- basic selection for plant based folks. Not too much of an international selection. For those saying parking is bad, most don’t realize there’s an entire other parking lot across the street specifically for King Soopers.

I shop in the evening, trying to avoid the rush of evening commuters. The store usually has what I need in-stock. I don't recall ever seeing the store a mess and I've not had an issue with staff or customers here. My only gripe is that sometimes the hand baskets are hard to find.

It was a good experience for the most part. Some of their staff is unhelpful or makes me feel unwelcome. Sometimes they are not friendly and/or polite. They make me feel like they just want me to leave rather than being happy I brought my business there.

Horrible location. It's always busy but they never have and small carts or hand baskets to shop. I walked around gathering as much as i could carry and made the mistake of getting in an actual line with a cashier. I swear I'm trained better to self checkout than the actual employees. I stood second in line for 5 minutes behind some woman who had to have 2 transactions. One was just 2 damn items. A cashier came on next to my extremely slow lane but I couldn't grab my items to move over. And then the cashier in my lane moves to another checkout with idiot lady and her multiple transactions. I finally just walked out. Horrible customer service unless you basically do everything from start to finish. I see why there are so many self checkout lanes. They either hire idiots or don't train them at all. Of course managers are just standing around doing absolutely nothing.

Bait and switch, everytime. Every time I shop at King Soopers, whether its the Cap Hill location or any other one, the prices are frequently different on the shelf than they are at the register. And it's never in the customer's favor. The produce especially rings up wrong all the time! That's not even for the digital coupon stuff, that just for card member items. Their price tags are always misleading as well, with the digital coupon disclaimer somewhere small and tiny. So you see $.99 /lb all big and bright, but they have the digital coupon disclaimer in minuscule font. They do this because they *know* that people are going to miss that digital coupon part and collect the money based on a tricky and misleading tactic. Then, when you catch the wrong price after you've been charged, the customer service person acts like they're doing you a favor to right the wrongs. I've been met with suspicion when I try to mention that I've been overcharged. I am really very tired of it!
