Had to talk to three employees, running back and forth across the store, to finally learn they don’t have a public restroom.
Employee 1: “It’s at the back of aisle 20”
Employee 2: “Can’t give you the code. Someone has to let you in. I can’t do it”
Employee 3: “We’re not allowed”
They need to at least brief their employees on their policies, to minimize the runaround.
Two stars because hey they at least have groceries

Always busy, but helpful employees

This location is not good to work with. Because they brought me a carpet washer, it was dirty, and I tried to clean it at home before using it, and when I returned it, they deducted the money from me. He told me because I did not take a picture of it.

Some staff were a little friendlier than others. (Three stars)

Employee’s Lisa and Dan at the customer service showed incredible kindness to a local homeless man helped him get a Uber…Thank you for just being kind. The world is a mess so to see this act of just kindness blessed my soul Thanks ?

All of the staff here are very friendly and the store is kept well-stocked. Very positive atmosphere. One major downside is the lack of restrooms, so make sure you plan in advance.

The employees here work so hard. I know it’s not easy working in a grocery store because there’s so many different things you have to deal with. I want to especially thank Kevin at the cash register. He has a good personality and is always so open and kind to everyone. He really has brightened my day numerous times. Thank you Kevin and thank you to all the other employees for working hard to give us good service everyday.

Very big supermarket. Their homemade roast chicken tastes very good, I recommend everyone to try it. The place where you buy beef actually sells Wagyu beef, which is very good, but a bit expensive.

Sunday morning everyone standing around while the express lanes are the only thing open and all of them are alarming. Yet somehow not one of you could figure out how to help. Walked over looked at it and walked off. Dude is just trying to buy a mountain dew. How are you still in business. I feel dirty every time I walk in your store. I know why you were voted worst grocery store chain in America. I used to like King Soopers. I don't even have a King Soopers card anymore
