We all know that King Soopers prices are higher than any other store around but now the high and mighty King Soopers has decided not to cover certain items on food stamps that other stores do accept their excuses is that the food stamp people are responsible for this I've talked to the food stamp people and that's a lie it's because King Soopers just doesn't want to cover it they're being choosy on what they cover and they want to buy Safeway and control all the stores NO WAY!

Ten lanes for check out and just one open, nine self check outs. I’m not doing the job of a cashier, don’t like King Soopers anymore. I use Amazon now delivery right to my front door.

It’s a shame , you can spend thousands of dollars here yet they don’t have the bare minimum of rest rooms. Management needs to know that a place of this size should have open rest rooms for customers

"Your Go-To Grocer with a Green Thumb ??"King Soopers remains a staple in my routine, a place where familiarity breeds comfort, not contempt. The store's array of decent produce and the surprisingly delightful collection of plants almost rival those near Cheeseman Park, albeit not quite. However, not all is rosy. The store's stance on bathroom access is a glaring issue, echoing a broader societal disregard for basic human dignity—a narrative all too common in Denver. And let's not get started on the automated checkouts; a test of patience at best.Yet, the silver lining remains. The gas station, coupled with the points system and a cash-back card, turns a mundane chore into a rewarding experience. Kudos to the staff, the unsung heroes keeping the ship afloat amidst the sea of retail monotony.Sifting through the aisles of Denver's grocery scene, one product at a time. ?✨ Your trusted Google Guide, finding value in the everyday. Check out lanes always closed. Self check outs rarely work with 1 employee to monitor or help.

No public restrooms as many have mentioned, but beyond that they're seriously falling apart as a store. Products constantly out of stock, barely any checkout lanes open, and the app doesn't know which aisles half the products on my shopping list are in lately. The staff are friendly and clearly trying their best, but Kroger needs to get it together.

If I could negative bars I would stars I would !! The staff was EXTREMELY RUDE & unprofessional when I was shopping there for the first time, cause I asked to use the bathroom and when I asked an employee to let me in cause I have a disability and need access to a restroom, they said “cause of drug use” I will not shop here again!!Only nice person at this store was the security guard, I’ve shopped at king Soopers stores from brommfield to bear creek & golden to Aurora- and seen worse theft and worse drug use. I understand it’s By the light rail but it’s not an excuse to deny disabled people or shoppers access to lavatories

I just had the most kindest thing happen to me here. Thank you to manager Shawn! I won't say what all happened but she is such an inspiration to be a better person. Gosh!

I'm so grateful for all the staff at this, King Soopers! Everyone is so helpful, and I am especially grateful for Chris who always delivers groceries to my car in rain or shine with a smile and Damita at self check out who is such a hard worker. Her joy is contagious. I especially love the fellow that shares rapid fired jokes at me. You guys keep up the great work. You are truly essential workers.

By far the rudest, most disrespectful staff I have EVER had the displeasure of coming in contact with...sad! Don't think I will be shopping with King Soopers anymore. If you shop at this location I highly recommended not asking questions as no one wants to help answer them for you!

This is the most unprofessional customer service I've ever seen in my life all the staff is clueless and rude accuse you of stealing check your receipt check you everything checks out just fine they don't even apologize. Every time I go there is always something rude from the staff that happens they slam your groceries around and don't even bag your stuff this manager should be fired. Even if you go to self checkout there is a worker making women feel uncomfortable this store should be shut down. I'm taking my complaints to the corporate office. And I will be wearing a body cam for my own safety strickly because of the offensive rude and inappropriate staff shame on you all

Worst experience at king Soopers ever. Starbucks employees were useless and rude. Didn't give a darn. Talking more about their day and night before than paying attention to customers. If they want a job being rude to customers they should reevaluate their career choices and work for the DMV. I expect that from them but not Starbucks. Also, since when does a grocery store not have public restrooms??? BIG RED FLAG regarding clientele Please stay away from store 26 off of Hampton in Denver. If I could give a zero I would.
