0900 appointment - checked in hours early
1530 still no call for door and went to check back in with the grumpy people at guard shack and just showed me there 10 inch stack of folders and said these people are all waiting just like you, some have been here 1-2 days all ready she said...
No real bathrooms or vending machines
Just 2 of the nastiest port pottys I've ever come across all most puked trying to piss quick in there.

Absolutely cancel all loads coming to this business. Let them Indians deal with this crap. I was late 40mins to my appointment sunday 9:30pm. Got rescheduled tuesday 1:30am. Now its 7:30am and i still don’t have a dock. And they still give you an attitude. You would think they would unload on time if they are so strict about their appointments.
Edit: 1pm got unloaded, still waiting on paperwork.
Edit2: took another 3 hours to get my paperwork. 16h spend in this. Dont take loads coming here

Arrived at 11:30 for a 12:15 appt. Just got a door at 22:00. Probably take 4+ hours to unload. This place is a joke. 2 porta potties for 50-70 trucks who have also been waiting here all day, so believe it when I tell you there’s a mountain of crap in there! This place has earned a spot on my black list.

The worse delivery place ever. Phones are disconnected. Guards are rude and helpless. We were running late and got rescheduled for 6 days later. No work in no nothing. 0 help from Kroger. Absolutely a joke. Avoid at all cost.

All the negative things said are true. 6 hours and counting... if you get a door in the 200s it'll be tight, especially with tandems all the way back. Good luck. Hopefully you encounter a nice person. Guess receiver folks are simply power tripping ass hats.

This place absolutely sucks, expect to wait forever for them to start unloading you when you get a door for your appointment and expect your appointment time to take forever when you arrive to check in

Driver checked in at 7 pm , and an appointment at 7 am. Driver goes to check at 4 a.m., and they say, "You are not checked in, I don't have your paperwork," but Driver gave it at 7 pm. All ladies were angry and didn't want to speak. I should call a shipper to send me a paperwork. Thank God he sent me that. The driver goes to print it out. When he comes again to security- she said again - wait, we will call. He goes again after an hour, and she said need reschedule then other lady said, "You will have a call in 20 minutes." So, they called he in 5 minutes. It's not a good security ?, very, very angry!!

Terrible place appt at 1pm and its 4pm still no door. If you dont know how to handle appt just make your facility FCFS.

Most rude security ever!, I had a 8:30am appointment I got there at 8:25am & had to stand in line,there was a couple people ahead of me, By time I get to the front of the line . It’s now 8:32am and she says your late your 2 min late. Luckily she didn’t reschedule . DRIVERS BEAWARE WORST PLACE EVER WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS.
