Staff’s nice but overworked. Don’t crack jokes or hold any small talk ever—this ain’t the place. Spent an hour waiting (have spent hours as many have) while my lab orders went missing, only to get publicly reprimanded over an alleged inappropriate comment from a previous visit with one of the male staff and banned over something I was never told about. Could’ve been handled with a simple conversation, clarity and understanding around these shared experiences.

This location is a joke. Their check in I guess was broken and people have been sitting around waiting for no reason. Several of us have been here for an hour. The front desk staff is paying zero attention to who is in the waiting area. Slowest labcorp I've been to. I've been here over an hour and I'm generally in and out in 5 minutes. They finally got me back and got my blood all over the floor and counter. Then she wanted me to hold pressure on my blood draw until she can bandage it. This place is a disaster.

I was nervous to come here based on reviews. I got here early, was called back in just a few minutes of arriving, and all labs completed quickly. The staff was all very nice and the nurse who worked with me was very professional and friendly. I would absolutely come back here if needed lab work done again.

Caution - They will not always file a claim with your insurance. They filed 3 small $50 claims with my health insurance, then sent to me directly a $2,400 invoice without first submitting a claim. They clearly had my insurance on file and chose not to file that claim (no doubt hoping I would pay the full amount). Just another scam artist in the healthcare system

Erika was the best! The most effortless, painless stick I think I've ever received! What a pro!

Alex B was a miracle worker! I’m terrified of needles and I didn’t feel a thing. That young man has a bright future ahead of him.

UPDATE: I had a rough experience before, setting an appointment only to wait an hour before giving up and leaving. I wound up trying QuestHealth and it was great. Booked an appointment for 11:45. Checked in. Waited 5 minutes and was out of there. Got my results the next day. So just an alternative to consider.

If you make an appointment ahead of time, usually don’t have to wait very long

filled out the intake form stating my preferred name and got called up to the front desk by not my preferred name by an average looking young blonde person. Why even put a preferred name option if you aren’t going to respect it?

The actual testing is fine and the phlebotomist is always a sweetheart. When you schedule in advance for an appointment and you have your lab work in hand you should expect to get in and out efficiently. That is never the case. My meter is almost out of time, I booked an appointment for 1:00. It’s 1:51 Anne no one has taken my draw. More time was spent on people in the waiting room who didn’t have paperwork than getting people who were prepared in and out. They need better processes or someone more efficient running the front desk.

Waited 1.5 hours only to be told they couldn’t find my orders for a blood draw.
Zero help from staff. Avoid this place like the plague.

My labs were drawn quick but it’s been a week and I haven’t seen results

The clinic space is small - be prepared for tight quarters. Masks are available - check in was easy with the two kiosk machines in the waiting room. Check-in was simple — they have peak busy times — call and ask when the busy and lighter times are.
I had complicated testing protocol and the phlebotomist explained thoroughly the 24 hour collection process and how to return the samples the next day.
The lead phlebotomist did a painless blood draw and that is rare in my experience. Super clinicians and administrators.
