Incompetent people work here and it's extremely frustrating. But hey, this is America and that's our health care system, right !

it’s crazy how different of an experience you can get just from which front desk lady you land at. First one sat back in her chair deeper and had no intention of helping me, telling me there’s nothing she can do. Second lady takes charge, knowing that she can easily help me get to a solution it may just take a phone call or a little digging for information on her end. Kindness and effort to do ur job goes a long way..

This lab facility is absolutely disgusting and I am surprised that the health department hasn't shut them down. Let me start by saying I am a licensed health care professional and just walking into the filthy, dirty, crowded and small crowded waiting room. There were about 15 people standing, sitting on the floor all coughing, blowing their noses and one gentleman snoring loudly as he slept in chair. You could see the frustration on people's faces . The crowd and filth made me feel like walked into a bus terminal in New Delhi. I had trouble with the self check in Kiosk so I had to step over to the disheveled reception desk for assistance where I was ignored for a few minutes while the clerk shuffled paperwork . Finally my presence got acknowledged without a greeting or a smile ( I understand, it does not look like a fun environment at all) complaining about making her get up and move her arthritic body, when she had to get up to help me with the Kiosk After finally get checked in and realizing that the 4 people that came after me and were able to use the kiosk we're going to be processed before me - the filthy environment filled with sick people I decided if I waited I would end up sick- it appeared that it was going to be a good 45-60 minute wait I decided I was not going to wait. I returned to my providers office in the same building and requested I have my lab work drawn somewhere else that I felt unsafe in the LabCorp office. My paperwork was reprocessed and I went to another lab faculty (Quest) and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I was home when I received a text message from Labcorp 90 minutes later saying that my turn was coming up.

I took several tests on 11/20/23 and have been chasing down Labcorp for almost 2 weeks. They finally sent over my results via email, and have mixed up my physician information and somehow associated my results with a doctor in Texas that I have never heard of when I am based in Denver, Colorado. I now don't know if I need to get retested, or why my data and possibly results, were mixed up with someone else's. No one has answers.

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I was in and out in 20 mins! I hadn’t gotten blood work in a few years and was super nervous around needles (I have passed out before). I mentioned this and the technician was so sweet and talked to me the whole time, and gave me the option to move to a lay down bed instead of a chair. I didn’t catch her name but she had pink and purple hair and was so kind!

I didn’t have an appointment but went in right at 1pm (after their break for lunch) and was in & out in less than 15 minutes. Great experience!

No communication, no professionalism, no organization, no compassion. Poor attitudes despite how polite and cordial you may be to them. They had to poke me twice and I haven't needed that done in 10 years. I tried to tell them I get woozy and I need an experienced phlebotomist due to being a tough stick. The front desk girl didn't even tell the phlebotomist because she seemed surprised when she looked at my veins. The check-in process makes no sense. They refuse to talk to you until you walk over to the iPad and check in (which takes forever because the iPad doesn't even work to cross your information over, so you end up entering it all manually), and the person at the desk refuses to communicate with you unless THEY have a question, which causes a lot of backpedaling when the phlebotomist tries to draw you. They wouldn't even tell me which tests they were about to draw on me. I had to ask them which tests (to make sure they had them right) which means they have to talk to the person at the desk ANYWAY. This would be so much more seamless if they would just talk to the patient before trying to poke them. It blew my mind how much time they wasted trying to figure it out without me instead of letting me clear up the confusion. They also were so confused by my lab orders, since there were orders from two different doctors. They made me physically GO UP TO MY DOCTOR'S OFFICES to get new paper orders for all the bloodwork, even though they were already sent electronically. Even after I got all the paper bloodwork and gave it to them, they were still giving me grief, saying the pieces of paper looked different from each other. I told them to feel free to call my physician if they don't believe the orders for some reason. It took 2 HOURS for them to be able to draw my blood after a large amount of them looking at a computer screen, clicking around, refusing to let me communicate directly to them to clear confusions up. Until finally they drew my blood and complained the whole time while drawing me (while I'm feeling woozy and nauseous). To top everything off, despite me writing the collection date and time on specimens I dropped off, they called my doctor's office to ask THEM when I collected my specimens. Which my doc called me, confused, asking for clarification. They can't even look on the tubes/bottles to check the time. This caused delay in my care and getting my results, having to reschedule my appointment for a month ahead because that was the soonest availability. The waiting room was completely full and one elderly woman had been sitting in the waiting room for 1.5 hours before getting her bloodwork collected. This is while we can all hear the staff in the back talking to each other and laughing. It's beyond rude and not respectful of our time. This lab will cause delay of your care, delay of your results, 2 hours of your day, stress, and even pain and bruising from inexperienced phlebotomists. Take the extra time and go to a different location. And make sure you bring paper orders from your doc! Cause they won't be able to find electronically sent orders.

I’ve had now 2 great experiences here, last year and yesterday. The wait was not very long, they were quick to check everybody in in a timely manner, they were friendly and pleasant, and they did a good job with drawing labs! I didn’t feel rushed or that I was “just another patient.” Would come here again for labs.

I honestly had a great experience here. Parking is a little difficult so give yourself extra time. I got to my appointment a half hour early and was in and out in less than 10min. The staff was great, very friendly and efficient. Not sure what other people issues were but for me it was great

How is there a 30 minute wait to get blood drawn at 7:45 am? In a small, cramped room with 10 other people, during a pandemic? The wait is longer than the procedure. Great example of our broken system.

Had the most traumatizing blood draw experience here this morning. Someone new took my blood and long story short had to get poked multiple times in 3 different locations. During the second draw, I actually yelled out in pain at one point before she took the needle out. That spot is currently stinging horribly and I feel numbness down my arm into my hand. They assured me they didn’t blow the vein but either that and/or they caused nerve damage. The most aggravating part is there were others there who could’ve done the draw or supervised but no one was in the room and didn’t come to help until the third draw. I’ve had blood taken a lot and never had an experience anything like this. I quite literally feel traumatized and terrified if there will be long term damage. I would avoid this location at all costs.

Good experience. Didn’t have an appointment but was in and out in 15 minutes. Evelyn was very friendly and did a great job with my blood draw. Hardly felt a thing. :)

I went to draw blood without an appointment - arrived early about 8am, I only waited 15 minutes or so and was called to draw blood. I hate needles and always pass out so I asked to draw blood lying down and the nurse was incredible. Thank you Sarah!I had a very positive experience here and was hesitant because of all the bad reviews but it was a great experience.
