They had my jeep for 2 weeks to see what was wrong with my 4 wheel. No communication finally picked it up. Worse experience

I bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited from here brand new in 2020. It has had several issues with the battery and electrical issues, including safety features that get temporarily disabled each time there is an issue (Total of 4 times in 3 years). With only 16,000 miles on it, i called today because there was the same issue that they can't seem to find/fix and was told that this location will not be servicing 1500's now and don't know if they will ever be doing so again. I've owned 3 different Dodge trucks in 25 years. Never buying another Ram and will be switching to a Ford, Chevy, or Toyota for all my future trucks because of this dealership's unwillingness to service my truck that I bought from them.

I had my steering damper replaced in June and that did not fix the unstable steering which is apparently an ongoing issue with the newer Wranglers. I called Larry H Miller and made an appointment for service and waited a month and a half to get in. I took it in on scheduled appt on a Thursday and was told by the employee checking me in Selvin that they are behind so they probably wont get it in until Monday or Tuesday for the diagnostic. I asked why I am I leaving it here for 4 days and you are not touching it until Monday or Tuesday. He said because we are way behind. I said, I need my vehicle and that I would bring it back Monday or Tuesday when they will actually be working on it and he said , "No, if you take it you have to make a new appt." OK, I waited a month and a half for this appt, this is awful service. So I said since I am here can you at least do the oil change and how much, he said about $200! I was floored. $200 for an oil change? He said well maybe like $160. I told him that is double what I paid last time at $85 for full synthetic. He shrugged his shoulders, gave me my keys and walked away. I was walking to my Jeep when I heard him tell his coworker, "what is b**** and they both laughed. Goodness, my family has owned Jeeps forever and this is a shame that customer service has become so non-existent. I do not recommend this dealership.

This place continues to go down hill and management is anything but management. After speaking with Steve the Sales Manager, my frustration has boiled over. Being told a car can be a lemon, may only last 60K miles and cars just breakdown is the wrong approach. I was trying to make a bad situation better by asking sales at this location to work with me on a trade-in that needs a new motor that was purchased new from this location. Steve is the worst person and has zero management skills nor cares about customer loyalty, brand loyalty and does not care about his employer’s reputation. Going in circles like a child, Steve felt that saying sorry and apologizing about the situation, would get me to magically spend another $60-$80k on a new truck without working to make the situation favorable for my circumstances. Words and actions are two very different things and Steve is a man of many words, like a glass of spilt milk. They all know 2010-2020 era dodge trucks have engine problems with the hemi oil pump, where the cam and lifters start to eat themselves, hence carious lawsuits against mopar today. How did I know of such failing engines in 2012 when there was little data? This place doesnt care about customers, Steve doesnt care period and no one is willing to work with you…they are still stuck in the COVID era of sales of buy it or leave it. I hope that approach bites them and impacts the bottom line and hopefully someone in senior leadership intervenes. The facility itself is already tough to deal with due to the location and dangerous intersection…this certainly will make me move away from Mopar all together and steer others away. Nearly $200hr in labor and always having the maintenance on multiple vehicles means nothing. Don't expect any kind of loyalty or relationship from this dealership. Your just a number and all they care about is the big number they can stick you with and kick you out the door. Talk about feeling disgusted, disrespected and disappointed. The previous dealer (PRO) who ran these location was 100 times better…I hope someone in management takes actions and if you do still trust a Ram truck, go buy it somewhere else. Just google 5.7l hemi mopar lawsuit to learn more and again avoid this place.

THIS SHOP CROSS THREADED THE BOLTS ON MY WHEELS! I took my vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation while in Denver area. I just took it in again for the same services elsewhere and the shop showed me these bolts which have been cross threaded - presumably by someone not hand tightening the bolts before going in with the impact driver. I had to replace the hub on my vehicle costing me $1550 and Larry H Miller is denying responsibility and avoiding my calls. Horrible service and customer service from a RAM dealership. Don’t take your vehicle here.

Words CANNOT POSSIBLY describe the pathetic customer service here. Took our Jeep in for the 3rd time for the same issue on September 5th, 2023. Told on the 7th it would be a 4d turnaround. It is now October 19th, 7 weeks later, and we still do not have our Jeep.Pathetic on all accounts from everyone we’ve talked to. Dropped calls, no return calls, lies that are too many to count. There is not one, not a single person, who can return calls or answer questions as to why this is now 6wks past the time it was promised to be done. From the service advisor to the manager of the entire service department, terrible, just terrible, inexcusable treatment all around. We have bought vehicles there for the past 25yrs. At one time we had 5 vehicles from them. We used to know all the service people and used get excellent customer service. We will never, NEVER AGAIN, have ANYTHING to do with this company.I recommend everyone GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!Again, there are no words to express just how horrible we have been treated and lied to for the past two months.Go anywhere else, no matter how bad it is, it cannot compare to how bad this place is.

I needed a simple recall done for my 2015 dodge dart, a guy here told me I was put on a list and that they would call me back in a month or two. 3 months later and no call, so I called and they said there is no list and they don’t know what I’m talking about. I was then told that they just don’t have the part and CANT get it? So I had to call another Larry H Miller and they did the same thing to me. Told me I had an appointment 2 months out, I call and they had no appointment made for me. My tags are expired because I can’t renew my emissions until I get this recall done and I’ve spent 8 months trying to deal with 3 Larry H Miller dealerships . We’re never getting another Dodge or any of the cars Larry H Miller services. Every other time I’ve had to go to these guys sucked too, when we first got the car it took them all day to figure out some shakiness we were feeling was from a flat spot on a tire. After we get this recall done we’re selling this hunk of junk.

I took my 2021 Ram here for recall work to the tailgate and it was not fixed correctly and would fall open while driving after it was supposedly fixed. I raised the issue when I took it back here for yet another dangerous recall and mentioned that the tailgate fell onto my trailer jack and dented the tailgate and this place and RAM customer care are basically ignoring me. Terrible service and poor customer experience all around. Brand loyalty is a thing with me but RAM on 104th is not a place I can recommend. Do the right thing Robin, Rosas and other “case managers” and do something about this issue.

Seems this dealer's service center has some issues based on many other reviews and my own experiences. There seems to be a common theme here:They like to NOT update the customer. They like to return vehicles back in worse condition than they receive them. They have damaged my vehicle 4 separate times. They like to have excuses.Might be worth diving a little farther for better mechanics and services. I have ZERO confidence in this place

I have a rear leak in my Truck window that is destroying my rear window. I talked to a lady on the phone and made an appointment that took a month and a half to get in. I asked her but it is raining a lot and a month and a half is a long time. It will get worse and she said don't worry the warranty will take care of it. Went in today and after all that wait they told me the extended warranty does not cover windows. So now my inside is worse and I still have to pay out of pocket. They said it will be $1500 and that is not even fixing my roof. When you spend a huge amount for a warranty that the salesperson said you should get because it is bumper to bumper coverage and you will feel more at ease and wont have to worry about anything. Now I feel swindled. I may have to take further action on this BBB and possibly small claims as I could of had this handled earlier.

I've been buying all my cars here for the last 5ish years. I recently reached out about a car for my teenager. NEVER have I been talked to as rudely as I have been today. Whoever is in charge of handling your internet requests needs a lesson on customer service. No longer will I refer my friends and family here, and when I do purchase my new vehicle, it definitely won't be here.

Had a very pleasurable experience dealing with everyone at LHM Truck Center but especially my sales Associate Eric I. He was very informative, professional and addressed any and all questions that I had (had a lot of them). Truly went above and beyond and the truck I ordered even arrived early! Very satisfied with my purchase of a '23 Ram Longhorn and would recommend anyone to them in the future. Thank you guys so much.

We were driving through the Denver area moving across country and had an issue with our actuator. These guys were so great to help us out immediately and send us on our way. The mechanics are honest good guys. We’re very appreciative for their help and would suggest anyone to use their business.

Service is super expensive:Charged $640 for a coolant system flushQuoted $640 to replace front brake pads and turn rotors (I declined)Quoted $2k+ to replace heater core (I declined).Yikes...No wonder the other Ram service departments in the area were booked up and these guys had immediate openings.
