Family owned business excellent customer service we spent time with Zach, met Karen, mother and Len, father. Zach took his time with us explaining the process in detail and showing us what the findings were while answering questions along the way. We felt they were honest and upfront. With 40 years in business that should tell you something that they are doing it right.

I’ve been putting off taking my old engagement ring in to get it looked at so I can sell it because of anxiety among other things. I saw that this jeweler had good reviews so I went in today and wasn’t disappointed with the service provided. I felt very comfortable and informed. I didn’t feel pressured or patronized. Didn’t end up selling my ring today but I felt like a 5 star review was absolutely needed. Thank you for your time today, Zach!

Extremely disappointed with Len Larson jewelers. I expected a professional and trustworthy service, but my experience was from it. They tried to undervalue an important family heirloom, trying to take advantage of my grandmother and I's 'lack' of knowledge. It's clear their interests are profit over customer service. Sellers beware!

Go to Len Larson if you want an honest evaluation of your diamond. Zach was professional, helpful and straightforward in his assessment of two diamonds I brought them.

Wow so let me start by saying I am not only appauled but slightly in a state of disbelief , my Girl Friend and I had some very nice peices we were considering selling and knowing the amount of scam artists thst exist in the sales industry i do lots of research before choosing whom I do buisness with and after reading many reviews i was elated to find this company had remarkable reviews while serving a community i frequent,my vet is practically your neighbor as well as many other vendors that i have done great buisness with for quite sometime now , but anyway my girlfriend walks into this.disgraceful sorry excuse for a merchant and is greeted [well or not greeted for that matter] but is rudley asked " here to sell?" My girlfriend politley lets her know that her assumption was indeed acurate , the lady behind the counter rudley againi will add states "we are very busy" my girlfriend politley again i will add says no worries would you like me to come back tommorrow , rudley again the lady replies "The Boys" whoever they maybe are not interested good luck" i guess this place caters to the elderly because my girlfriend is a well mannered , clean and timid the only.thing i can see that would make her treat her in such a way is that she is young in her twenties , but this is disgraceful and i read your reviews dont try and say weve never been to your store this was 30 minutes ago and infact my girlfriend even has some footage of the encounter as i advised her to record when selling such precious items. So my recomondation take your jewlery somewhere else if your younger than 75, and i as well as my girlfriend are very well respected in the community we have collectivley written 100s of reviews with hundreds of upvotes dont dare try and call us liars. As you said to us upon our departure "Good Luck" hope you learn some humility and strive to treat customers all as equals in the future

My wife and I have been Len Larson customers for almost 5 years now. I'd consider us small customers, we're not keeping their lights on by any means, but regardless of that fact we always receive outstanding customer service. Zach is friendly, respectful, professional, and above all else, open and honest. They always make us feel taken care of. If you plan on visiting during the weekend, just make sure you call ahead and set up and appointment, they are busy but for good reason! I would trust Zach and his whole family for any of my jewelry needs. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful and fun experience at Len Larson last week. I brought some pieces in that had been given to me over the years that I wanted to sell. Len took a lot of time looking at the pieces and explaining pricing and details. Zach was also there and spent time researching some of the newer pieces. I felt totally comfortable sitting and watching them appraise and go over each item. While I was there I was also looking at their unique jewelry pieces. I ended up finding the perfect pair of earrings that I had been looking for ! I ended up selling and buying. They are honest, very likeable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for their integrity and credibility. I will definitely be coming back to Len Larson Jewelry! Thank you for being so genuine.

Honest, straightforward, and friendly. The most important thing to ensuring a good experience when selling to a retailer is understanding that you are essentially a wholesaler and recognizing the industry's normal markups and profit margins. I had some very unique pieces and others that were more generic. The important pieces received the appropriate amount of inspection and the others were quickly accessed (there were a lot of pieces). Nothing was dismissed offhand and all of the pricing decisions were openly explained. Even several weeks after my interactions with the staff I am still very pleased with the service I received. I highly recommend Len Larson Jewelry Co. Thank you Zach, your dad, and your mom.

This family owned and operated business provided what was most likely the best consumer experience I've ever had in my entire life and I wish I went here first before all the time I spent researching and shopping around at other places.I work in commercial debt collections and after overseeing hundreds of cases from my clients in the jewelery business, I learned that this industry is riddled with shady characters. They are very difficult to spot for the average person so you really need to do your research on private sellers/buyers before working with one.Behind the mall store front companies are publicly traded corporations who sell items of other publicly traded corporations. These companies MUST squeeze every penny of profit they can because their board has to answer to their institutional investors. In other upscale local areas there are some reputable family owned companies to look at but in my experience unless you have or want BIG ticket items they won't give you the time of day.I can confidently say that Len Larson Jewelry Co. is one of the good guys in this business so wether you're in the market to buy, or sell, I highly recommend talking with some great people here before making a transaction elsewhere.

Many thanks to Zach who took the time to educate me about jade and explain the instruments he used to assess a sample I brought in. It's rare to find a merchant these days who will go out of their way to make a real connection with a member of the community.

They were so nice when I went to sell wedding ring and engagement ring. They cleaned the rings and gave me really good advice on how to sell the rings for the best price. There kindness made a bad situation a little more bearable and I was touched by there compassion. A little kindness in a mean world matters.

Don't go in here unless you like pompous pricks that judge your very appearance. I went in there after work one day (I own a construction company). I may have not looked like I was going to spend thousands of dollars, but that was my plan, until the guy who "helped" me didn't like the fact that I wasn't interested in buying a Rolex (although I was looking to spend thousands on a watch). He certainly gave me the impression that he didn't think I could afford to buy anything (I was also looking for an engagement ring, but we didn't get to that second part because I left).

My New Year’s resolution is to stop procrastinating, so I wanted to make reviewing this business a priority in the first week of 2023, because this is a wonderful, wonderful family-run business that you can trust with your most valued possessions. I brought in an entire bag of random items to see if they were real or fake and what they would be worth. This included silver bowls and cups, gold rings and bracelets, and jewelry with possible gems of all kind. Len Larson himself sat with me for hours, utilizing a meticulous scientific process to determine what each item exactly was, by percentages! He has been doing this for over 30 years and really knows his stuff! He and his son are duly educated, and have obtained the highest certificates available for what they do. It is really quite fascinating and they have such a respect for each item, no matter it’s worth, and for the process of determining what things are. The team there is transparent about absolutely everything, including how they come to determine an item’s worth. They document everything for you and are very sincere in that there is zero pressure to accept their offer for the items. If you’re only going to get an estimate of the value, there is a nominal fee for their time, which is quite reasonable. They also never handle your items out of your eyesight. I truly couldn’t recommend this business any higher. Thank you, Len Larsen and family!! Happy New Year!! ❤️
