I was helped immediately entering the location, and was taken in for my appointment even earlier than the time!
Everyone was nice & pleasant to me & did not take long at all! Love the WINROCK VISION LOCATION AT NORTHFIELD!

Awful. Scheduled an eye exam. When I got there, I was told there was a mandatory $39 fee for a retinal exam (in addition to my insurance copay) b/c they don't use dilation like every other eye doctor & that this wasn't optional. The entire reason I have insurance is so I don't have to pay stupid fees like this every exam. When I said I wasn't willing to do that, they said they will be charging me $45 for cancelling my appt. even though there website says you can do a one time cancellation as a courtesy. This place is straight up greedy. All they care about is your money. What a ripoff. Will never be coming here again. The glasses are all overpriced too. Very disappointing. Don't go here ever.

What a terrific staff!
Dustin listened carefully to what i like, then showed me frames that fit my style to a T. And the look is nothing less than WOW!
Turnaround was a few days, very speedy. And there’s the security of a 30-day return if you’re not satisfied.
In all, an excellent experIence.

The Northfield store team is amazing. Always very helpful. They have a wide variety of glasses to pick from. I never feel rushed. They are friendly and super professional. The bonus is that the store is always nice and clean.

I just want to compliment Dustin at the Northfield location of LensCrafters. He was very friendly and helpful. He kept a calm and respectful attitude with another patient who was there at the same time who was being very unreasonable. And after she left, he shook it off and was able to help me with an efficient and kind attitude. I visited the location on two occasions and Dustin was very helpful both times. He gave me all the information I needed and was easy to talk to.
