Thank you for the fast, friendly service today. A punctured flat repaired and … no charge! We purchased the tires 2 years ago at their shop in Longmont. So impressed w Les Schwab.

Sadly waited an hour and a half for a balancing job half done job then when i brought it to thier attention I got excuses rather then fixing the issue. Also this is not a free balancing I paid for this service that's why I'm a little perturbed that it wasn't done correctly

We got our spare tire replaced, and one rear tire fixed. They had it for 3 days and this is how they returned the car to us. The rear tire was hanging down by the ground. Friggen 3 day wait for this kind of work. Nice job.

They have bad customer service , when I ask for manager everybody at the store they said I am the manager, specially Tiffany and Edward
Edward manager assistant for this store he did make a reservation from my company to transport him to the DIA round-trip after two months he told me sorry the company not paying for my trip
I’m not recommended because they are not a professional they did a lot of bad work to my cars
Also, if you have account or deal with this guys, make sure to take your receipt before you leave the store

Don’t usually like going to commercial places for tires but Les Schwab has always been the exception. Alan and Tyler are the best and will get you right.

Initially, I had a terrible experience with this location as far as wait time. The GM, Tyler, sensed my frustration and helped me out with my next service.

I recently visited this Lee Schwab to get a flat tire fixed, and the experience was extremely disappointing. They assured me the job would be completed in less than an hour, but it ended up taking over two hours! This level of service is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for customers' time. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable and efficient service. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

I asked at the end of my appointment to switch out my winter tires if the tech had checked the air pressure. She said "yes". One week later, my tire light came on. All of my tires were all at least 5 lbs lower than the manufacturer's recommendation. So they lied to my face. Unacceptable and unapologetic. Do not recommend.

I'll never go anywhere else. This time, for a repair of a tire that was punctured by an enormous bolt and they fixed it for no charge, which is exactly why I know that when I purchase their tires, I have nothing to worry about going forward. I think I've been a loyal Les Schwab customer for 20+ years now--in Oregon and now here in Denver. In all that time, it's been an honest company and I love them for that. As a woman, certain types of businesses have reputations for taking advantage--and it's true, I fit the stereotype of someone who really doesn't know anything about mechanics, tires, etc. so I'm a prime target. But I know I can 100% trust Les Schwab--thank you for continuing to be an honest business!!!! It doesn't go unnoticed :)
