“I wanted to thank this office specifically for their dedicated and understanding support to my claim with American Family, regarding an auto accident that I was in that resulted in high medical bills and I am still receiving treatment to this day and have chronic pain since the auto accident (3 years ago) that won't go away. I never imagined it would be so difficult to get a claim payout for my auto injuries, American Family was offering me zero dollars for my UIM coverage (because the at-fault drivers insurance didn't have enough coverage); once I ended my relationship with my lawyer I communicated my claim difficulties to Jaslyn and she escalated my claim to upper management with Eden's help as well, both of them were so helpful and understanding with my claim frustrations and I felt so understood by them and like they really cared. Finally some people who wanted to help and cared. I also reported American Family, the claim adjustor and the IME doctor all to the Division of Insurance (DORA), and within 2 weeks I had a full payout offer on my policy from American Family. If it weren't for Jaslyn's and Eden's help my claim would not have gotten the attention it deserved/needed, so you will be in good hands with Abbie Tanner's agency if help is needed with getting your fair claim payout.”
