A dirty spot with an incessant smell of death and fetid unsanitary conditions. Been flooded twice with raw sewage. No hot water during peak periods. The management is interested only in profitability and not the tenants health. Cigarette smoke in common areas. A very disgusting way to live.

I have heard far too many accounts of the new management over charging residents and getting their rent amounts incorrect. I will be filing complaints with HUD and the BBB. Someone will get answers and justice for these elderly and disabled residents!!!

There is something going on with the new Manager Angelina, she is withholding annual renewals and charging residents late fees. The previous two managers have tried this and HUD needs to investigate this pattern!!
