Do not order from Home Depot if this is the company they are using to deliver and install their appliances. After six visits my basic dishwasher still has not been installed correctly (installers broke brackets and failed to place foam insulation around dishwasher) and at this point I'm returning the item to Home Depot for a full refund. Waste of time.

got 2 calls but no one would talk so could not tell if or when a delivery might happen Waited on hold for several hours to try to talk to someone. No one answered.

Totally Horrible experience. These Guys are apparently New Co. to Delivery For Home Depot. We waited 3 months to get our Appliances. Finally got a delivery date and time. No one called night before to tell customers they need to have special prep before they get there. They came and were Rude, combative wouldn't put in our refrigerator, left it in garage, put in stove. Had us empty the refrigerator which i understand then said not installing. Thank God i own a Landscaping Co. My guys had to Remove our Old Refrigerator and install new One. These guys kept saying we only have 15 min to install. They had 16 stops. Totally ridiculous. They are Not Installers they just drop off Appliances. I spoke to Someone at the Co. right away and told them how dissatisfied we were. And Called our Rep. at Home Depot who Spoke to the Manager. Totally Unacceptable Co. Thank Goodness at least Home Depot stood by us.

The worst customer experience you can ever imagine. Do not buy appliances from Home Depot as they'll contract this company to deliver/install. I've waited over 3 weeks past the promised date and this company continues to botch the delivery. I'm cancelling altogether.

i would give no stars if the system would let me. This company is not at all accomodating and has no customer service abilites. They subcontract with Home Depot and are terrible.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They refused to complete the delivery they were contracted for and then refused to do the removal they were contracted for. Home Depot uses them for appliance delivery so don’t buy from Home Depot

Do not order appliances from Home Depot to be delivered by this company. We have two sets of washer/ dryers to be delivered and this has to be the absolute worst delivery service to deliver them. We told Linn Star multiple times that we would need at least 30 minutes notice before delivery since we are not living at the property where they’ll be delivered. The first delivery attempt was made by the driver who was already at the location without giving us notice, when we told him we were on our way, he said he already left. We rescheduled the appointment and the day of delivery we were notified that it would have to be rescheduled again. Finally, the day of delivery I called the main office multiple times to confirm delivery and again asked to give us at least 30 minutes notice. The drivers never called to tell us they were on their way! We arrive to the property and they were backing out ready to leave, again, no notice or call from them. They reluctantly offload the unit after telling us it wasn’t going to fit in our space, even though it’s specifically built for that set. They unbox our washer/ dryer in the middle of the driveway that’s covered in mud, snow and gravel and instead of using an appliance dolly, they drag and unboxed appliance over gravel. The unit had dents on both sides so we refused it right away. Now we get to deal with their lazy, unprofessional drivers for two more deliveries.

Our washer broke and I ordered a washer and dryer from Home depot on October 2nd 2021.The delivery date was October 22nd.

PLEASE do not use any company (even Home Depot) that uses these people to deliver. The delivery folks called "be there in 10-15 minutes" only to not show AND not call. When we FINALLY got someone on the phone, we were told that "the driveway was too narrow and there are leaves overhanging" SOMEONE SHOULD HAVE CALLED FROM THE ROAD IF THEY WERE ALREADY AT OUR HOUSE. We took off from work and lost pay to be here TODAY. This is after a 3 week delay from the previous delivery date we were told. RUN AWAY.

Waited 3 months for the delivery of my new appliences. Service men showed up 2 hours past the time window that was given to me. They were unprepared. They did not have any drop cloths on a snowy muddy day so i had to have them walk on my new carpet. They even asked if I had a wrench they could use... They didnt even install my fridge or dishwasher because they did not bring any extensions for water hoses. Called the company and they basically said I am SOL. They left the fridge and dishwasher in my garage, did not take the old ones and did not refund me the installation fee. I am so beyond unsatisfied with this transaction. I will be contacting home depot about this because that is who contracted Linnstar. Very unprofessional.Edit: i wrote this before the installers left. They didnt even clean their trash out of my kitchen, and the lead installer refused to give me his managers name. Absolutely ridiculous.

Waited for over 6 hours to receive my appliance I ordered still have not received it on a Saturday evening which I was guaranteed it would be delivered by a Linn star representative I now have to wait till a Monday 2 days after the guaranteed delivery date to receive my appliance I paid for. Update January 13th 2020 after calling the customer service I was told that they were not going to be delivering it today 2 days after their scheduled delivery date and when asked why they said and I "from Rick the manager of that particular business "said it was inconvenient for them to deliver due to the fact that they don't have any deliveries other than mine in the area " This is after they have already not delivered my appliance which I paid a $156 for delivery on the specified day that was requested that was confirmed by them at this point I ended up calling the COAO or the CEO of the company and told them the entire story and I'm no longer suggesting that anybody ever use this transportation service again due to the lack of professionalism and their complete disregard for customer service I ended up canceling my order and having all of my money refunded due to that gross negligence of customer service. I have already brought it to attention of several lawyers what they are doing which is against the law so if any customer service representative or manager of this company reads this you may be receiving a cease and desist order and possibly a major lawsuit.

Linn Star Transfer has delivered two different appliances to our home in the past two years and they've always been super professional and respectful of property and people. The last crew - Hector and Jorge - were super great. They both wore masks that covered both nose and mouth and kept socially distanced. The appliance was delivered in perfect condition.
I would like to add - Linn Star's phone number doesn't seem to work. I don't know if they just don't have a forwarding system set up or it's something else but I could see this reflecting poorly on the crew and staff there. However, I did leave a voice message and a Jennifer got back to me promptly the following morning.

WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER!!! Home Depot contracts with General Electric who contracts with Linn Star and not only are they unpleasant and hate their job, you can't get a hold of anyone and get your appliance delivered!

So far worst experience EVER. The driver didn't even communicate, just decided on his own to not deliver and drove off. No explanation. Will not purchase appliances from Home Depot again because of this third party delivery.
