Ordered a pretzel pizza with crazy bread didnt get wat I ordered tried calling the store also complained on door dash and they don't wanna fix there mistake the pizza I got had a gang of salt but was not pretzel and crazy bread had a gang of salt

I’m surprised when they get my order right!!! that’s all I have to say, CANT even put pineapple in the entire pizza! I’ve had string from a wrapper in my pizza in the past I’ve had the orders completely wrong more times then right but I guess you get what you get at this location

Ordered online and ended up waiting an hour with a toddler. I had checked in about 25 minutes of waiting to find that my sides were done but they forgot about my pizza. By the time I got my pizza, my sides were cold. I'll try this spot again and update if I have a better experience.

On 3/23/24 I placed an order for food before 3 pm for pick up at 3:30. Showed up at 3:25 & my husband headed inside. Waited 15 mins just to be told that our order was given to some other lady. Mind you I watched that same chick walk out & start checking her receipt knowing damn well that wasn’t her order. She had the exact same order as I did. 2 pizzas, 2 breadsticks, wings & pizza puffs. I commented to my daughter that she had the same setup as us. Sure enough my husband comes back to the car saying they gave our order to a lady named Maria Anthony when my name is Marie S. They also commented saying she only ordered two pizza but was able to walk away with a full order that wasn’t even hers.The employees acted like they didn’t want to remake my order when it was their mistake. The manager was also running around cussing and being rude asking employees not to take anymore orders because it was going to be 45 to an hour wait. They were literally handing out wrong orders & while I was waiting another customer came in saying her pizza was doughy & when she started pulling the slices part for the employee you can see it wasn’t even cooked correctly!!We had to wait an extra 45 mins for them to remake my order. This place is trash!

Do not order from this location on Alameda. The service is very slow the staff could care less how long your order has taken. They'll just tell you to cancel your order if you're not happy how long the order takes. It took more than 45 minutes to even get my order of two orders of the crazy puffs. Once they're put into the oven it only takes about 10 minutes

I placed an order online for an specific time because I was taking it to my daughter's school. I had a time frame to bring the food. Unfortunately when I got to the store they had misread the order and only half was ready! I had to wait 15 extra minutes and missed most time I was allowed for my daughter's celebration:(.

Hadn't been in Little Caesars for a very long time because of dissatisfaction in the past. Today I Ordered a 899 cheese pizza with extra sauce in an order of breadsticks. The breadsticks tasted stale like they had been in the cabinet all day. The pizza was very light on cheese and almost no sauce after I requested extra sauce. This is the exact reason I quit going to places like this after spending $18. This is the exact reason I quit going to fast food because obviously these places do not care about the quality of their food they only care about the numbers going in and out the door

So we ordered online 2 regular one Hawaiian and on stuffed crust well we get there there in the portal but missing one pizza which was fine as they made an stuffed crust well they had us waiting 15 min and as soon as the pizza was ready they gave it away to somebody else there was a lot of miscommunication in there we waited again they gave it again to somebody else and gave us the wrong one I would recommend for management to be on their toes and pay attention to what their employees are doing instead of being on the phone

I shop here most of the time because it's close to home but I have to say that it's a bummer when I get my order because at times my pizza is hard and dry and my bread sticks are hard over cooked and have no garlic butter with those improvements I think i would be more than happy to return .
