Everyone is nice here, but I am four days into communicating with them and still unable to get a rate based on information I was able to provide other lenders. Then I was promised before today’s call that I would have a rate/proposal and never received it. I hopped on the call, which needed to be recorded for some reason?, and still no rate proposals and instead the need for another call after I provide even more paperwork. In this time I was able to lock with another lender and get things scheduled to proceed to closing so I am giving up on them.

Michael, Brandon, and the rest of the team were truly wonderful. I felt like I was their only priority given how much time they spent talking through my questions and helping me understand the process. I also really appreciated Michael suggesting we let our rate float. He called the market right and got us an even better rate!
This was my third time getting a mortgage and it was definitely the easiest. I can’t speak highly enough of the team!
