I had a wonderful experience working with Matin, Jack, and Brittany at LoveSac. They answered all my questions about fabrics (swatches were very helpful in making a final choice!), the modular features and options, and dimensions. They took care to update my quote as I made decisions about my couch and did a final review before purchasing to ensure everything we discussed was included. I've been very happy with my Midnight Navy corded velvet couch - looks great, fits the space perfectly, and has room to grow in the future! PS the storage seats are huge space savers 👌

Not only is lovesac, an amazing couch made with extremely high-quality and worth every penny, but the in-store experience was phenomenal. Jack went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and help us build out the perfect couch and he made sure we understood everything and knew how to build it entirely before we left! Honestly, had he not been such a good sales person and had such good customer service we might’ve walked out without buying one that day or gone somewhere else. We needed a couch but didn’t know what we wanted. He sold us without even trying!

Oh Brittany, you sure know how to sell! We came in just to get update on the couch we have with the new covers- we left with new couch and new custom covers. Now we have lovsac in every room in our home and it’s so cozy.

My partner and I went in to buy our second love sac couch. We bought our first one online and it’s very comfy if overpriced. We wanted to go directly to the showroom and try out different options and get expert help instead of making decisions online. The two young people working there refused to engage with us, were not knowledgeable about the products and misquoted a price. It felt like they didn’t want us there so left within minutes, even though we came fully prepared to drop thousands of dollars. Shockingly bad customer service.

Went into store last week and was helped by Jack. He was really helpful when it came to figuring out what pierces I need in order to put together the sactional I envisioned. I had some pictures and he took the time to help me figure out my options concerning different pieces and fabric that is pet friendly.

Owner is a genius, make the customer do all the work, it is not as easy as he makes it out to be. Beware. Velcro does not work that well nor can u get every piece seamless and snug, many times you'll have to force the velcro so im worried about how long this will actually last.

I called to ask if there were any blankets in stock at this store. They told me they did have them in stock, so I headed down. Unfortunately, when I arrived to try and buy one they wouldn't sell me one from the store and would only allow me to get one shipped to me. I feel like they did a bait and switch on me. What's the point of having a store if they won't sell anything? So lame!
