I have been buying from these guys since the 90's. We put one in on the Oregon coast in 2015, has worked like a charm since day one. Just bought another one for our house in Alsea Oregon. Knowledgeable people, great service!

Bob is awesome!!! He might be a sales rep but when our tankless water heater was acting abnormal, Bob came right out to our house to make sure we were taken care of and had hot water. I wish all companies had a Bob!!!
