I went to this store to buy some Luccassey Boots. The gentleman working there would not shut up about how uncomfortable they were. He kept questioning me if I had ever owned a pair of boot before. His pompous attitude was frustrating. I went in to spent 1k plus boots and left feeling disrespected. I will never walk into this store again.

Excellent boot & clothing selection. Lots of leather goods, belts, bags etc. Quality products at a high price point.

Casey is a true professional and knows her products. Approximately a year ago I purchased 2 pairs of boots at the Denver store with Cassy's assistance. One pair began showing premature wear after being worn just a couple of times. While in Denver recently, my wife stopped by the store with these boots and spoke with Cassy. Not only did Cassy remember me and these boots she remembered the second pair I had purchased. She understood. my concern, took charge of the situation, had then polished and brought back to like new condition and returned them to me in short order. Lucchese boots are top notch and with associates like Cassy they just can't beat. Thank you Cassy!

I heard there was a store in Denver. I had the opportunity to go by, and I was not disappointed! The store is fabulous, and the staff was warm and friendly.

Nick is the man. Helpful every step of the way. I’m in St. Louis and ordered my boots over the phone after many Facebook messenger conversations. I’m extremely happy with the customer service and will for sure check out the store when I’m in Denver. In person shopping I’ll probably go home with way more than just boots. Looking forward to it.

If you are looking for high quality, authentic cowboy boots, this is a great place. Sales folks were incredibly helpful and encouraged our son to try on lots of different boots.

This place is conveniently located right next to Union Station and the A line. Great place to browse before catching the train to the airport. I've been in there twice and had nothing but a positive experience. Great to have an American boot maker close by Rockmount here in Denver. Even though this store doesn't carry my unorthodox width of AA or A, the staff were still willing to answer my questions, talk about available leathers (found out they even had sheep at one point) and even share a drink. Worth a visit when in the heart of Denver and if you still can't find your perfect boots, try Corral's Western Wear.

Very disappointing experience. My boyfriend and I went in to look at boots for him. The whole time it felt like all the sales representative cared about was her sale. As soon as she saw her “deal” slipping away she was rude and pushy. She did not care about our wants or needs in the boot instead how she could get the sale.

Really disappointed with the customer service. I love Lucchese boots but when I bought a pair from this shop the salesmen insisted I buy half a size smaller. He said wear them for a couple of months and they will break in.Two months later I return disappointed because they have not broken in. A new person replies, you can’t return or exchange them because you wore them. But we can stretch them up to a size and a half. I was a bit upset. I was specifically told to break them in and come back if it didn’t work. Did not see a need to interrogate the store policy. But I get it, Store policy.Three weeks of stretching them out and they still fit tight.For a $500 dollar pair of boots, I would expect a better return policy and accountability in their customer service.
