It’s lulu, you know the product, it’s the staff in here that are unpredictable. One was so friendly and helpful, and another looked right at me trying to ask a question and just walked away. If you know what you want/need, it’s fine, but if you have questions, go to the one in Park Meadows, better staff.

Good service in store but whenever you try to call in to get information before you go all the way to the store no one ever picks up the phone.
