Sales floor people want to aggressively help, but then are happy to tell you to just order something yourself online 𤣠in the past, at other locations, they would help you order the item as part of checkout.
Update: went back again recently and had a really good experience. They helped me make the online orders I needed and were proactive with helping in the fitting room.

Itās lulu, you know the product, itās the staff in here that are unpredictable. One was so friendly and helpful, and another looked right at me trying to ask a question and just walked away. If you know what you want/need, itās fine, but if you have questions, go to the one in Park Meadows, better staff.

Iām incredibly frustrated with my experience at this Lululemon store. I bought two pairs of shorts for ninety-seven dollars each, size thirty-one, which I wear in all my other shorts. I assumed theyād fit and removed the tags at home. Weeks later, when I went to wear them, I was shocked to find Lululemonās size thirty-one was too small. When I called, the staff said to bring them in to check for an exchange despite the missing tags. At the store, the store manager refused to exchange them because it was a sizing issue, not a defect. Their initial offer was a five-dollar coupon per short through their recycling program, which is insulting. After I pushed back, the manager offered twenty-five dollars store credit per short. Thatās unacceptable for brand-new, unworn items costing nearly a hundred each! I expected better customer service from Lululemon.

So I buy a pair of pants with a lifetime warranty. Those pants get a hole after a year. I go back to get a new pair and now the āpolicy has changedā and they wonāt honor the lifetime warranty. Which was the only reason I bought the pants. So now Iām screwed on a pair of $130 pants that donāt last a year. Save your money on this overpriced garbage

It pains me to write a bad review like this, especially being in customer service myself but their staff is SO overly aggressive with trying to help out. Every time I have come in this location to shop I am bombarded *let me help you questions*. Best customer service is to pick up on cues that people sometimes just want to be left alone and look at clothes. You have enough staff wondering around that when help is needed itās easy to find. Even when checking out Iām asking multiple times āhowās my day? What do I have going on today? Whatās next in your day? Etc.ā Itās very overwhelming and honestly just annoying and disingenuous - I am sure itās exhausting for your staff to put up this fake front with customers too. Makes me not want shop in store and rather go online.

Done! Yes, I'm am finally done with Lulu! Never again! Despite having the receipt, despite having all tags, despite it only being 3-days later, despite the item NOT being worn or washed, despite having spent over $300 on multiple pieces, Lulu was unwilling to make a return on a simple hoodie! The item had very short sleeves when compared to similar items of the same size.
Lulu also insists on collecting personal information upon ever purchase.
NEVER AGAIN Lulu! You've just lost a 10yr+ customer with impunity!

I ordered online for in-store pickup, and I received an email that was picked up, when I did not pick it up. The store then would not call me back and HQ customer service would not resolve the issue. I have been charged for an item I did not receive, and there is no recourse except to go to the store (according to HQ, who wont even ask the store to return my calls). I am endlessly frustrated about how this has been handled.
