Fran Lebowitz says that under no circumstances should one fail to wait to get home to get a haircut. I can put the lie to that by saying that the haircut I got from Monica was terrific. I'm very relieved, of course, but also very happy to look no longer like a sheep dog.Service: Haircut

So impressed with this salon. I was leaving for a two month vacation and my regular hair stylist cancelled my appt. at the last moment due to Covid. I was in a real pinch as it was Friday of the Labor Day weekend and everything was going to be closed. I happened to call Luxe to beg for an appt. The wonderfully kind front desk gentleman got me in immediately with Angie. She did a fantastic job with my crazy curly hair. She knew exactly how to do specialized curly cuts and styling. Not only that but she touched up my roots and added low lights. My hair looks fantastic! I'm so grateful to them! The salon is bright clean and friendly. Definitely recommend this place!

Jody is the consummate stylist. His cuts, color and styles are incomparable. He is also focused, listens and remembers different needs. But Jody will still ask what I want and I tell him what he thinks is best as he is a true expert. He knows what looks good for my hair texture, facial features and lifestyle.Luxe has a new Salon Coordinator named Kelly who is absolutely helpful, friendly and really on her game in terms of organization and scheduling. This salon has been phenomenal since it opened 23 years ago and Kelly's customer service will keep the momentum moving forward.I have recently moved from Denver to Colorado Springs and plan to go to Luxe for years to come!Services: Hairstyling

Let me preface this by saying Jody is an amazing stylist. He's very professional and I'm never disappointed when I leave his salon. The front desk ladies have always been great with me and I have never had a bad experience until now. I have been seeing Jody consistently for about a year- very happy with how he styles and cuts my hair. I called the first week of June to schedule a cut and color for ANYTIME before June19th as I had an event to go to out of state. I was even willing to adjust my flight and travel plans if it meant he could see me very last minute . I spoke with Jody himself and he ASSURED me that he will put me on everyone's cancellation list and that I would be seen. He promised me that there will be a cancellation between June 6th - and the 18th. I also promised him that within a moments notice I would fly to his salon for said service. I called Wednesday June 15th ( No one answered the phone). I called Friday, no one answered the phone again and no one called me back. I made one more attempt to call on Saturday the 18th and someone answered-- but it went downhill fast from there. The lady told me she would have Jody call me back or they would figure out something to get me taken care of because I have been waiting nearly 3 weeks to get in. She did call me back and she told me that she could get me in July 7th at 3 pm. Nearly 3 additional weeks out. I told her that would be great if I weren't leaving town tomorrow for the event I have been waiting to get my hair done for .She apologized profusely. I understand that things are a little rough right now with everyone being overworked and understaffed but its really inappropriate and unbelievable that the owner would assure me, promise me and guarantee that I would be seen by the 18th. I don't believe I will be visiting this salon again which is real let down because I was always so happy with Jody, but to say something like that to a customer is honestly just cruel.

I found Luxe on Yelp a year ago and have never looked back. From the minute you walk in, you feel like you've been a client of there's for ever. Kelli is my stylist and she is funny, warm and friendly and I walk out of the salon feeling fantastic. If you are looking for a new salon you will live Luxe! Ask for Kelli

If I could rate Luxe Salon more than 5 stars - I WOULD!! This is the perfect establishment for everyone, especially people who just moved to Denver and/or is looking for a last-minute fix. I called on 4/13/22 and was scheduled within the hour. Greeted both in-person and over the phone very warmly by Austin. The entirety of the staff is very attentive, welcoming, clean, and professional! Do yourself a favor and ASK FOR ANGIE, she is the most wonderful person and she can do whatever you ask of her! Definitely coming back, new long-time client acquiredThank you!!!

I live downtown and have visited many hair salons, never fully satisfied UNTIL I visited LUXE Salon. My new fav! Angie cut my hair and I love, love, love my new hairdoo. She’s FANTASTIC!!!
