The establishment was closed when I passed by at 4:49 PM. The sign in the window indicated that the closing time is 5:30 PM, contrary to Google’s information.

I’d give 10 stars if it was possible. To say that I’m completely blown away, every time I look at my 26 year-old GMC Yukon, would be an understatement. Working with the Maaco team was a well informed and easy experience. Jaime, Daniel and Sam are such great people, they care about you and your vehicle. And they do their best to get you back on the road. Even when things are out of their control, they can solutions to almost any situation. I came here on a recommendation from a friend who collects cars. My front bumper got ripped off by landscape trailer. They quoted me gave me a timeframe of when the parts would be in and how long it would take to fix. Everything was spot on including the estimate. Work looks great.

I cannot recommend this auto body repair shop. I have used them multiple times for my fleet business and unfortunately this last interaction will be my last. I communicated upfront that this would be paid through a renter’s insurance company and provided all of the relevant information. The estimator seemed distracted, but I assumed he knew what he was doing. When he called me a few days later with the estimate, he said I needed to pay for the parts in advance to order them and so I did. A week later I called to share the insurance company’s estimate which with $3000 less than his. He said we shouldn’t have ordered the parts in advance if I was going through insurance. I pointed him to our email exchange with the insurance information which jogged his memory and he was he would try to get the insurance company to cover the difference. He failed to do so and I was forced to pick up the vehicle today or otherwise incur storage fees and pay the balance out of pocket. He refused to help cover any part of the cost of his mistake. This is a material expense for my business and something I cannot afford. I will work with a more professional and reliable shop in the future.

Wow where do I begin. We thought we were taking our car to a professional body and paint shop in Colorado. The car was not sanded no body work was done but we were charged for it. The passenger door was hit and now has a ding in it the trim pop away from the door. And that's how it was painted. When my husband pointed it out the tech told him to use double sided tape to fix it. What a joke!!!! The stripe going g down the middle of the car IS NOT CENTERED AT ALL!!!!!!It looks ridiculous. You should be embarrassed by the so called work that this shop did. What happened to pride in your work!!! Highly disappointed!
