I went here to purchase a lip liner set and was ready to check out. Whoever was working let someone else cut me and checked them out instead. I was waiting there for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me.

Came here with my partner for a makeup session each. Forrest did mine and another lovely lady did my partners. We absolutely loved the experience. The staff were so nice and caring to us and did amazing makeup for us.

I am not sure what happened to this store. I have ordered from them before for same day delivery. Today I ordered 2 things. They sent me an em telling me it was delivered. It was nowhere to be found, yet they charged my account. When I called the store, the girl said, "oh yes, you and another customer, we just have no record of your orders". I said, then please refund. She said, I cannot do that without my supervisor who is not here today. You have to call CS. I called Customer Service (hold music is horrible). I was on the phone 20 minutes while she contacted a supervisor. She said, for some reason, I cannot refund you. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM MAC ONLINE AT CHERRY CREEK AGAIN. I ordered from Nordstrom and they got it out right away.

I don't buy MAC but my spouse does. She particularly likes the lipsticks. They always give her good service. She is a regular and my wife says, "enough." End of review.

The mall was fine, I guess. It's a mall. They try to make it fancy. But I probably won't be back because the mall made it such a pain to get in and out. I had to pay for parking. $2 for 0-2 hours. Fine. But their kiosks to pay at exit did not work well. And with the sun directly shining on the screens for the kiosk, it was a disaster. I could have paid inside, I believe. There were lots of signs that said so. But those kiosks were hidden or something. Signage in the mall and garage was poor. I just had to wander around the parking garage to find an entrance to the mall. I found it. It wasn't too hard, but still, can't they afford a few signs? The parking garage signage was confusing too. The food court made me sad. Nothing good there. Just a regular old mall trying to be too big for its britches. PS why all the reviews for this mall are for one makeup store I have no idea. Maybe the store closed and Yelp didn't know what to do with the reviews so just changed the name to the mall?!?

I stopped in last week and MICHAEL WAS AMAZING. What a sweet and considerate person and sales rep. Not only did I leave with excellent products that perfectly matched my skin, but samples of a wash, face mask, and moisturizer to try. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I made an appointment for my niece to get a makeover, and MAC Cherry Creek did an amazing job! Sasi was so nice and patient, and really took her time doing a glamorous look, and helping instruct with fun tips and tricks. Michael also gave me a beautiful dewy skin look while I waited, and he was so fun. The store was packed, but both of these makeup artists made us feel special. What a fun store!

Love great clothes? Hate awful service? Here is your guide.. Usually when I visit this Nordstrom... it starts with a... Disaster. Regardless of the day of the week it takes 10+ min to hunt down a willing sales person in Men's Clothing. Why does pickup take forever? So.... if you are looking to purchase great clothes at a respectable price... here is the map.. Men's shoes- On Point Men's clothing- Awful Tailor Services- On Point Pickup- Awful Other Departments- unknown So.. do I love the clothes I get and love the ease of the overall experience? Yes! Do I love the time they take with you when you find the sales person? Yes! Do I love the quality of the clothes? Yes! Also! The Nordstrom Rewards Program is pretty great. So... Will we be back? Absolutely! Hope that helps! More reviews coming soon Follow me I'm passionate about exceptional customer service

Once again disappointment. I made a online purchase. Returned incorrect order to the store a month ago and was charged for the item that had been returned again today. Nordstrom specializes in Apologies. -Brook we could discuss your poor customer service feel free to contact me. Consumers Go To Nieman Marcus.

I received excellent service when I went into Nordstrom's to purchase a pair of boots I had been researching online. The store was extremely busy, but that didn't prevent the staff from supporting customers and keeping a cheery disposition. I also appreciated that I came in while wearing sports clothes after a bike ride and was still treated well. That's not always my experience; I don't want to dress up to go to the mall! :) Thanks Nordstrom's!

Benny was great helping me pick out sweaters and shirts to go with the pair of pants I picked out. A maroon jean, perfect for fall. I paired it with a navy ted baker sweater he pulled off the rack.

Decent size Nordstrom but not as big or fancy as some. Sales people are super helpful and very clean!

I do not know...can anyone write anything negative about a shopping experience at Nordstrom? I would argue, no! Sure, we have on nearby where I am from in CLE, and it is awesome. However, the one at Cherry Creek is so big and plum full of merchandise -compared to mine at home. As always, the staff at Nordstrom are trained to be amazing in every way. Pleasant, polite, professional, and perfect. (alliteration, guys). Always with a smile and always happy to help, they are. We did a little bit of light shopping ( some new T's and some fragrance) and left happy. You cannot go wrong shopping here as the place is wonderful, selection is great, staff is fab, and the return policy is generous. Really good place to spend your money.

I have bought literally over $10,000 worth of clothing through Nordstrom's, most at Cherry Creek Store. Stopped by Saturday and bought a Ted Baker shirt. The guy who helped me was great but when he went to look me up in the computer, nothing. Tried by phone # and email, nothing. I have had tons of Nordstrom stuff shipped to me and receipts emailed all the time. I said "how about looking me up by name?" Nope, our system doesn't allow this. Obscenely stupid in this day and age. It is no wonder department stores are folding everywhere, completely incompetent corporate IT and channel strategies. Hint Nordstrom's: walk down the mall hall to the Apple Store and see successful retailing. I'll still shop at Nordstrom's but check out is painfully antique. Oh, and the name "Nordy Points"? Just fire whomever came up with that 1970's era moniker.
