Macy Cherry Creek has good collection of semi luxury men & Women clothing. Women's shoes collection is good but lacks in variety in men shoes .

No body is working at the registers accept one old lady. Everyone else was absent from their stations or on the phone or talking with people in personal conversations. Not only that but the longer you wait the more you're paying for parking in Cherry Creek malls ridiculous parking.

We had such a wonderful shopping experience with Christine. She worked behind the counter and made us so happy. She was so kind and sweet. We bough a TON of stuff and she helped me between split payments and coupons and helped us confirm the outfits we wanted to buy were a good choice and helped with sizes! She made this the best shopping experience I have ever had! Please let her know I thank her and give this woman whatever she wants she is a rare diamond!

Comical. Over 3 weeks, wrong products sent. Speak to people sitting in a “pit” where it is so loud you can’t hear/understand the person on the phone. Call the store/ get hung up on.

Not the same Macys. I went to the 3rd floor looking for bedding and pillows. It was such a mess! and what appeared to be migrant families hanging out and laying on the beds. Displays were a mess with items from other floors thrown into cubby spaces where pillows should be. The store looked so dirty with used fast food cups and bags left, empty packaging (clearly stolen items) and a dirty diaper left in housewares. So sad what is happening to Denver!

So sad. This used to be a beautiful, clean, well stocked store. It is now filthy. Floors are dirty, merchandise thrown about, shoe boxes opened and cluttering floor, migrant families loitering in dirty restrooms and lobby areas. Incredibly sad what is happening.

I’ve been a long time devoted Macys platinum customer! I love to go shopping at this location because of the 3 levels, backstage… so much to see and try on. Today was awful. I had a few returns to complete on the first floor, I finished and went to the local sports apparel section right to the right of the return counter. A Macys employee greeted me and asked what I was looking for. I showed her a Rockies cup and said not really just looking. She hung out right there in the way to be honest. Didn’t think anything of it. Then I go to the second floor to browse shoes. I’m trying on shoes… I see her lingering across the isle from me. At this point I’m perplexed but assumed maybe she was a manager or something. I purchased a pair of boots. Placed in my reusable Aldo bag then continued to browse the dresses. There she is again lingering! I left into the mall. Shopped a few other stores and returned to Macys (where I parked my car). Decided to visit the 3rd floor backstage and see the sales on kitchen 60% off. I browse the backstage area and tried on some sweaters. I come out of the dressing room and guess who’s standing there pretending to pick up scarves.. the place was a mess, seriously! She lingers while I pay for my sweater. I was completely insulted by a Macys employee following me the entire time I was in the store!! I returned my items with my Macys card, I purchased everything with my Macys card as I walked through each department. What the hell? As I was leaving the backstage check out I finally commented “gee they really have you everywhere in this store, don’t they.” She just hesitantly smiled. Even the backstage employee looked surprised to see her walk behind the counter. I don’t know what that was about but I left feeling awful! I will still visit this store but if it ever happens again I’m making a scene! People of color don’t deserve to be followed .
