I love going to Macy's in Cherry Creek Mall because it has literally everything. unfortunately, I had a bad experience with the managers. I wanted to go to the 3rd floor and the only way to get there is by the elevator in store or by going outside to the parking garage and taking the elevator to level 5 and then walk back to the store. Anyway, I was with a stroller and Macy's elevator was out of service so I asked a retail associate if that was the only elevator they had. She was super nice and told me yes, but the employees used another elevator and told me she was going to ask the manager if she could take me on that one because I had a Stroller. The manager said no through the phone. Then she told me she was going to ask another manager. The guy (manager) was actually taking the stairs and when she asked him, he literally didn't even let her finish the question when he rolled his eyes up and said "ehhh I have a meeting at 2 PM." .... It was 1:30 pm when that happened and I don't think it take 30 minutes to go on an elevator! He was extremely rude to her and to me because I was next to her when she asked. He should have been a little bit more polite other than rolling his eyes and not letting the lady finish the question. Unfortunately I did not get his name, but Macy's should really evaluate the managers.

So I was talking to a beauty advisor and I was looking out into mall and this individual comes up and aggressively asks if we were talking about her. Mind you I’ve never met this person in my life! Hostile body language and overall very uncomfortable interaction. As it turns out she’s a seasonal associate by the name of Irma. I don’t know what’s goin on with her but having an employee like that makes costumers incredibly uncomfortable like is absolutely unacceptable as a company. I’ll be closing my Macys account soon given that I don’t feel welcome back in the store.

Great department store. Good selections in all departments. Lots of seasonal items. Helpful staff. Sometimes it can be slow for checkout. Recommended.

Expressing my sincere thanks to Macy's eployee Kevin who works in men's clothes department. I've been shopping in Macy's for 4 years in a row and each time i see Kevin he is highly professional, naturally friendly, respectful, very positive, kind, and attentive to all customers, energetic, quick and always ready to help with advice. Notwithstanding Kevin's young age, his high level of customer service and incredible professional skills are impressive and i sincerely wish him to receive position of Macy's Supervisor in the nearest future!A new girl Samanta (Sam) in women's department whom i met first time today, was very professional and amazing, she made the process of purchasing pleasant which is so important and gives you wish to come back!

It's interesting different parts of Macy's seems to be run a little differently than others. Could get no help in some sections yet get a lot of help in others. When they have good sales they're pretty reasonably priced, when not having a sale be ready to spend a few bucks.

The sales people are clueless. They want to sell you 1k sheets and when you ask about these sales items they walk away. Buy online and pick it up there. SAD. You have a job. If you don't like it...

DONT COME THIS LOCATION…… the Makeup area is a sad part of this store with only 1 person to take care of all brands. I had to wait nearly an hour and I finally left.Don’t buy makeup / perfume at this location. Macy’s is a cheap company !!!! They won’t hire more employees to take care of their customers.

I am writing a one star review for the Jewelry department. This last Christmas I was gifted a $200 watch from Macys including a two year warranty. I used that watch for special occasions only and I only wore it twice. On the third time that I used it the back cover of the watch popped off. I noticed it when I was adjusting the watch on my wrist. I took it to Macys and they shipped it off to get worked on. A few weeks later a Macys Jewelry captain called me back accusing me of having opened the back cover of the watch, and that I had removed parts so the warranty is voided. They are charging me $87 to fix a lemon that they had sold. Don’t buy or gift watches from Macys.

Worked here part-time recently. I finished up my bachelor's and sold my multi-generational family business in Oklahoma, relocated to downtown Denver...took a part-time job at Macy's...gotta say, in my opinion, the managers are all low-rent angry people who either stare you down in attempts to intimidate you or they just out and out scream at their employees lol quite shocking when you initially process it. The black manager likes to yell, and the Store Manager Sarah is Uber passive-aggressive. She liked to make weird prolonged eye contact with the young men workers and move around the store in complete silence, all while coming by and messing with your displays in your area (maintaining aggressive eye contact during). I am disappointed in the immature experiences that occur here through inept management. Also, a group of around 6 women, from corporate I guess, come around and do the same thing Sarah does. They stand a bit away from you and stare and make faces. Kindergarten behavior.

Basic mid to low level department store. Nothing special. They used to have too much stuff now its too empty & messy. When you walk in, nothing catches the eye. Its a big store and i understand it needs to be somewhat full but isnt there a happy medium. Not too full but not too empty either. Why not make a few changes in the lay out, display items in a more attractive manner, better distinguish the spaces and the designers. It lacks, taste and elegance but maybe that's not Macy's priority. In addition, i think, Macys buyers are pretty bad, merchandisers have no idea what they are doing, GM, store managers must not be coming to work at all because if they did the stores will not look like that. Most Macys stores have very poor management and terrible staff, if you can find one.Im surprised to see that they are still in business. Having said that, Cherry Creek Mall store looks like they may be gone soon. I think Macys should really scale down, close lots and lots of stores even more than they plan to. Get rid off those lousy buyers, change their stores' look completely, reduce some of those goof ball designers and chackas they buy. Hire less people but pay better so you can demand decent work in return. Im so tempted to work for them so I can help to save them from the ditch they are in for years. Oh Lord, sometimes, i dont want to know the solutions to these things, they are not that hard but noone does it or cant do it. Check these pics that i took today in Macys at Cherry Creek Mall. Amusing!!!!

The only wool and wool blend suits in Denver. All other Macy's only carry poly blends, but for the same price! So go here for suiting, they have already been cherry picked for you. No plants in the store...no five stars.

Everything was great but right at the end the lady felt the need to tell us that our cleaning kit can clean “bodily fluids” in probably the creepiest way possible. This is probably not the best way to approach younger couples, or older or anyone. Just weird
