The store is closing, and there is a huge mess. But it's not the problem. The problem is the rude and unprofessional team. I live just across the road from this store. I received an online order with the wrong item. The website proposed to me to bring it to the nearest store, this one in my case. It was shown the address of this store in my account. I came there with the wrong item, and the sales assistance first faced me to wait for more than 30 mins. Then, after the explanation of my case, she called for her manager. They told me it was not Macy's anymore. It was another system. They did it quite rude without any motivation to solve my issue. And finally, when I had to go, they laughed at me all together.

I mostly shopped in the shoe department. It was pretty much a mess. I understand with the shoe sale going on that the sizes would be in disarray. However, so many of the shoes were unable to be found by the sales representatives. Some of the cosmetic counters were in disarray, and it was rather difficult to find a sales person to answer questions about different items of apparel.

Warning do not shop here This store is closing. They have outsourced a liquidator to come in and almost all of the product is not Macy’s quality. It’s dollar store quality with a Macy’s tag and a Macy’s price tag. They have scammed us. I bought $500 worth of clothes to come home and wash everything and they shrunk down to the size of doll clothes. Warning this is a scam. The real Macy’s almost had nothing left of good value. Most of this is a third party liquidation company and the quality is crap.

It's always a fun shopping here. Most employees are friendly especially in Jewelry since I get more of my fine Jewelry from this particular store location.

Macy's has always been a great place to shop. I like this location because customer service is always great. Depending on what you are buying they have some deals especially o. We monster clothing. It is always clean and easy to find what your looking for.
