This is a showroom, not a store and the employees aren't knowledgeable enough to help aside from recommending another store. I miss what this place used to be.

They get one star for the guy in the audio department who entertained us for a bit while we waited for our TV we ordered online for curbside pickup today. Other than that Best Buy is more like Worst Buy. We ordered a Samsung Tv around 10am for pickup because we live in an apartment building and work full time in the office, and in this case will be leaving for vacation tomorrow. We don't trust that it wouldn't be stolen. Otherwise I would have saved myself the inconvenience and ordered from Amazon or Costco. I get it's Blqck Friday but don't indicate it's in stock and then tell me 7 hours later after we went home to feed our cat that it wasn't ready yet because it in fact WAS NOT in stock and you had to ship it from another store. Oh well, you lose and Amazon wins.

I've been a Best Buy total rewards member for years. I've shopped at Best Buy in DC, Maryland, Virginia, Arizona, and Colorado. Tonight was the worst customer service I've ever had the disrespect of experiencing. Initially the sales associate was a young lady who was phenomenal in helping us find the Samsung 98 inch TV, Xbox Series S, PlayStation 5, Ring Doorbell camera and Shark Vacuum. Unfortunately we were passed off to Ancil to finalize our purchases when It all went downhill. Ancil is a condescending dishonest associate who should never have been working in this high traffic holiday. His disdain for helping us is ultimately why we took our money to the Colorado Blvd location, where the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I'm a firm believer in "I WON'T make you take my money," and Ancil is a great example of why that saying exists. Save your time and money and just go to another Best Buy location. This one isn't worth the rude and rushed time you'll have. 0/10 wouldn't recommend.

While searching for a local company to provide and install all TV's/theater/speakers/WiFi for our new home, we stopped in at Best Buy to 'comparison shop.' The deep knowledge of their Magnolia team members and ability to fully customize a solution for us closed the deal.It was a fairly large job, requiring 4 full days of installation by a four-man team. The technicians could not have been more professional (and these guys 'worked clean') or accommodating, seeking our approval prior to finalizing each item's installation. The finished project is absolutely gorgeous, and we are in love with our theater systems and ability to listen to music from our phones) anywhere in the house, inside or out back. These folks are quite customer-centric and I highly recommend the Best Buy/Magnolia team for your A/V needs. You also get the comfort of a sizeable company standing behind the project (product and labor) should you encounter problems. You won't be disappointed.

If you're looking for reliable, timely and professional service, particularly delivery service, don't use Best Buy. My washer and dryer were thoroughly to have been delivered five days ago and after a half dozen false starts, they still haven't delivered. You're going to waste a lot of time and a lot of patience waiting for best buy to deliver your product.

So I’m a broke college kid that just moved the the area. My computer crashed and I was told there’s no hope. I have literally 5 months of college left and I’m done. Took it to geek squad where I met Adam. ADAM IS A SAINT SENT FROM ABOVE. He did everything in his power to help me pay for the repair of my computer and help me get it in time for my exam. A true trooper he is. I felt seen and heard when normally I feel like I wanna sink back into my shell because people usually mansplain a lot to me. Adam deserves a raise and a management position because he absolutely killed it with me.

I'm in the market for a wireless printer. Stopped in and no one was working that section. With no one to answer questions I left and bought my printer at Staples.

The first we went to was Park Meadows, we were wanting to purchase a Surround System so we asked for someone to assist us, after 30 minutes we left this stoue and went to the Littleton store. We worked with Adam the Senior Consultant and picked out a system for our home. He recomended Geek Squad to install for $200 and we agreed, Adam also gave us his direct phone is we had any issues. the soonest we could have an install was 30 days out. 30 days passed and the install day arrived and the Geek Squad was a NO SHOW or NO CALL and we contacted them to find out a status. The GEEK SQUAD was nothing but RUDE to my wife and the date was pushed out another 30 days for no given reason and if this was not acceptable we can cancel the install!! We drove to the Littleton store and talked with Alex the store manager and we were told he would make this right with us and find compensation for our troubles...he did nothing to help! We attempted to contact Adam the Senior Consultant we purchased the system with with NO return calls. I receive an email from Adam Senior Consultant with Best Buy and he stated 10-22-22 is the first date avalible for the install and this is best they can do and also stated Best Buy will reevaluate the order and find some compensation for the trouble...he also did nothing. By 10-22-22 we had installed the speaker system our self other then the sub. Daniel arrived on 10-22-22 and hooked up the sub and tied the system to the receiver but could have spent more time going over the system with us, he was in and out in 60 minutes. The only person that did what he said he would do was Michael Specialty Sales Manager other than he also stated as he was talking with Alex on the phone was that they will compensate us for our problems that did not happen. At this point we have no issued with the system other then our personal lack of knowledge on how to operate the system. We still need an additional system for our basement and will look for other options for that system.

WTF. Has anybody noticed these charges on your invoice? This is a company responsibility; we already pay property tax, sales tax, income tax. Public Improvement Fees (PIF)A Public Improvement Fee (PIF) is a fee that developers may require their tenants to collect on sales transactions to pay for on-site improvements. The PIF is a fee and NOT a tax; therefore, it becomes a part of the overall cost of the sale/service and is subject to sales taxExamples of these improvements include curbs and sidewalks, parking facilities, storm management system, sanitary sewer systems, road development (within the site) and outdoor public plazas. Currently, there are seven locations in Lakewood that have a Public Improvement Fee: Belmar, Colorado Mills, Denver West, Promenade at Denver West, Cafarelli Center, Creekside Shopping Center, and Lamar Station. Each PIF area has different rates and regulations regarding what items are subject to the PIF. Click on the links in the table below for detailed information and examples. Recently, I went to the Colorado Boulevard Store (Store 211) planning on making a purchase for work as well as gifts. One of the employees, Megan (or Morgan) was completely disrespectful and showed no customer service or interpersonal skills whatsoever. I asked for her name and the manager's name and she said she was the manager and would not repeat her name. Megan (or Morgan) talked to me in a condescending manner and cut me off whenever I was trying to talk. She continued to point me to the line and state "if you need anything, go over there". I told her I understood that the store was under remodel, but she should speak with her customers more appropriately because she spoke with two other customers (before me) in the same manner and turned them away. Frowning, she rolled her eyes and continued by saying "Oh well. If you need anything, go over there. Have a good day." I understand everyone has bad days. However, as a manager, you have to control your emotions and communicate with employees AND customers in a respectful manner. Her attitude and actions reflect poorly on the store and Best Buy as a company. I'll be sure to take my business elsewhere.

I don't live anywhere near this store. I was there just passing by, stopped in for a wall charger. Got the box and checked out. When I got home I came to find out it was just an empty box. Now it's an inconvenience for me to drive all the way back just to return an empty box. Customer service on phone said I could return it at any store. Tried the one in north Glenn and wasn't giving a positive solution, instead he sold me the same wall charger at a discounted price. Still I have to drive back spend $40 in gas just to get there and return and empty box to receive a refund of $38. I can't help but give Best Buy a huge thumbs down on this one.
