We were trying to rent a truck from Budget. Through no fault of her own, there were issues with the truck. Talking with Debbie maybe a dozen times over the phone, she made our entire day so much better, and never once made me feel like a burden. It always felt like she was smiling over the phone, and I'm so glad that she was there to help us. Debbie, you're the best! Thank you!

Very sweet couple! Came in to rent a budget truck, we were moving back to Florida, with my husband and she was very patient and understanding. VERY SWEET woman she made sure we got one of the newer trucks so we'd arrive safe and even tried to get us an extra discount, which I had one already but it was very sweet of her to try! Very very pleasant experience and made me calm down in a stressful moment for me. If you need any kind of mail done or need a budget truck I highly recommend❤️
I'll be sending a thank you card to show our appreciation to our new grandma ?

This is concerning their Budget rentals. I called them in the middle of August twice and gave a credit card to reserve a van for our convention. Again the lady at the place quoted me $400 for the 5 days plus mileage. I put 68 miles on the vehicle the 5 days. I was also asked if i needed insurance, which I declined because my insurance is valid. they were also told that my business associate was picking up the van and gave her his name. he arrived and they had no reservation under his name or mine but rented it anyways. just received a call for the final amount to be charged. it is close to $1000. I called and spoke to Debra again and was told that she has no clue what I was talking about and that the credit card that she took was never on file. if you are in need of ANY van rentals, steer clear of this particular business and Budget rentals all together. they will bait and switch you with the price. renter beware. if I could give them a negative, I would. in the amount of the differen of what was quoted and what was charged.

Dropped off a package on July 3rd. Even have a receipt for when they printed off fed ex label. All of a sudden they don't remember me when she had me email her my label to her email address. So there is proof they got my package. On 6th of July check fed ex status and fed ex says I still have my package. I have no problem updating this review if someone can have half a care and find what they lost. But I doubt it. Will be reporting bbb if this is not resolved.

I’ve visited this location twice. And both times the customer services has been amazing and friendly. Wait time isn’t long, and they provided me with different options to mail my package. Truly a Gem to find for quick friendly shipping services. All I had was the package and mailing address I need to send to and they helped with the rest. Thank you!

Came in to pick up a rental van with my girlfriend yesterday, everyone was very kind, the store was clean and organized. I'm terrible with names but I do remember the younger man we spoke to and got the van from was named Dwight. He was very polite, respectful and had a great personality! If I weren't moving I would come here for mail services!
