You ever had a massage so bad you thought about leaving mid session? The quality of therapists has gone drastically downhill. Sure isn't what it used to be. Still left a tip, though found it difficult to justify.

James has made my life easier (serious lowback pain) and Max has been helpful, too. So happy to have been forced into constant massages. The cost is unacceptable but James is so exceptional, I keep coming back.

I’m not the biggest fan of massage envy because of lack of availability for massages. Their membership rules are also not the best. I was a member long ago and last year I was gifted a years worth of massages. It was hard to book any at first but since I found Monica I’ve been booking my massages months in advance because I know her massages will never disappoint. She has made me not completely give up on this gift. Her massages are the best. She makes me feel comfortable during the whole session, constantly checks in on me and the quality of them are always consistent. I will keep coming back as long as Monica is here. The five stars are all for Monica.

Was in town for a few days. Closest place I could find a good Nitro. Nice full-body flavor and the cup sizing was on point!

The therapists provide decent massages, but there is hardly any availability making it really difficult to schedule.I was told they didn’t have anything until 2 months from now. Considering that I have a membership that is supposed to give me 1 massage per month, this is terrible customer service. Also, they won’t let me out of the contract or give me a refund even though they can’t schedule anything in a reasonable time frame.

The worst customer service. Bought a monthly membership, but you can't schedule. No answers the phone. Occasionally someone will answer a text but they only respond about 25%. Took 3 months to get an appointment and then they cancelled me the day of the appointment. Instead of trying to get me back in quickly, their next available appointment for me is another 3 months out. And of course, I can't talk to a live person when I reach out.

Do not join if you are not a member. Massage Envy has handled the massage therapist shortage very poorly. Like other reviews, I pay for a monthly service, yet they are booked for months and it is nearly impossible to get an appointment, yet they continue to hold appointments for potential new members. You can put your membership on hold, but you have to continue to submit hold request monthly. This is unlike every other institution with memberships. Also, if you put your membership hold, you cannot book to try to use your credits. If you try to cancel, you only have 1 month to use any unused credit (again impossible because they are so booked). It is a no win situation. They do have an option which gives you 4 months, but guess what? They charge you an extra $20 a month to do so. I am shocked that a business can operate in this manner.

Very hit or miss. Some good some bad and you need to book apps 1 month ahead which is lame

This is a review for all Massage Envy’s. What has happened to this organization? I pay for a monthly service, yet they are booked out for months! How can you have a monthly subscription model and not have availability for your clients? It’s mind boggling. Not to mention, no one at the front desk answers the phones. I also can’t cancel my membership unless I want to lose all of the appointments I’ve racked up over the months (of which I can’t use). I hope ME can figure out their situation. It’s not a pleasant experience!

I always have a wonderful experience here I’ve never had a bad massage. The therapists I’ve had are amazing and kind and always ask what I need and remember all of my problematic areas. The staff is always kind and is sure to get me scheduled with the therapists I see. Thank you all!

My massage was good except for the therapist sniffling and coughing the entire time but horrible experience with customer service. I was overcharged. I asked to tip 20% on $75 which would have been $15 and they charged my card an extra $24. I called to get a refund and was told they would have a manager call me back. I had to call again after I didn't receive a call back and the manager gave me an extreme attitude and argued with me about basic math. Apparently their math is different here.

It was my first visit and nobody mentioned to me that the therapist they booked me with required a mask. I'm sorry but I go to get a massage and relax, not to feel uncomfortable for 90 minutes or have others political agendas pushed on me! In addition massage therapist had horrible bedside manner, probably because I was opposed to the mask but still.. Will not be back!

I had a poor customer service experience at this massage envy location. I was told that I received a text message in the morning (while I was asleep) that my therapist was unfortunately still under the weather. This implies to me that he was sick prior to this morning. I received a text message the day prior confirming my appointment. Is there a reason that I did not receive a message the day prior about him being sick? I might have wanted to cancel my appointment if I knew he was sick. Unfortunately, I did not receive the text message the morning of my appointment, after receiving a reminder text the day prior, and I showed up to my appointment. I have a few concerns, since the garage is closed for repairs I parked on the street and paid the meter. I was aware the garage was closed from the text message the day before. I acknowledge now that I received the message the morning of the appointment but I was working today and it got lost in unread text messages. Missing text messages while asleep or at work must happen to others. I reviewed the message that I received and it does not explicitly say that my appointment was cancelled, it only said my therapist was out sick and to call back to get on the schedule. It also says to please confirm that I received the message. Since I did not confirm that I received the message why did someone not reach out again? Also, the text does say that they tried to leave a voicemail but the phone cut out. What does that mean? In this case I would think you would call and text back again closer to the appointment. If a client called to cancel same day they would be charged a late cancellation fee. I asked about getting a refund was told that I could not get a refund or be reimbursed for parking. I asked to speak with a manager and one was not present. I understand it is a Saturday and you might not have enough management staff to have managers present during business hours. I asked for a managers phone number and the check in staff did not have one to give. I asked for a business card of the manager and she did not have one to provide. I was offered a managers email that was provided on a sticky note. I have been a member at this location for many years and also referred friends here and family to other locations. I will not recommend this location going forward. Also, as many have noted it is very difficult to get on the schedule at this location. I usually can only get on the schedule with my preferred therapist once every 4-6 weeks. This review does not reflect the talent of the therapist but more on the customer service of this location.

I loved this place for so long. But the massages have been building in my account since COVID and I can't ever get an appointment. If I cancel, I have 60 days to use my credits which will never be possible. You're burning my membership money. Such a disappointment. Add to it, this location has the most annoying compression HVAC noise that goes off constantly no matter which room you're in.

Can never find an appointment and they do not call you back. Accrued many massages during Covid now I have no way to redeem them and they just keep adding up and I am still being charged a monthly rate for a service I can't redeem.
