They worked on a few dents and paint transfer on my Lexus 350 Rx. It looks like new! Very good work. And extremely nice to work with. Helped me find a rental agency and even drove me over. Highly recommend them.

Great people, great work. Delays in body shops are commonplace BUT the insurance companies, as usual, unnecessarily delay reimbursement and play their usual insurance game. State Farm may be one of the worst offenders…they have been jerking us around for a month and counting.

Only giving 2 stars because I feel bad and they worked with me at the bare minimum. I had a pretty minor crash that impacted my back right tire. I needed my car back quickly so I shopped around eventually deciding to go with Will because he said he could EASILY get it back in 6 weeks. I dropped my car off and didn’t hear back. 6 weeks passed and I called and they gave a whole bunch of excuses and then proceeded to tell me I will have to reach out to my insurance company because it will cost way more. Reluctantly I did that and my insurance complied. Fast forward 3 weeks still hadn’t heard anything from them and now I start calling and he tells me to basically stop bugging them. All this to say it took them well over 3 months to “fix” my car with little communication or apologies to get my car back beat up (interior lining destroyed because they shoved the door panel in ) then 3 months later a part falling apart leaving me stranded on the side of the road because they forgot to clip a spring in. They did waive my deductible and gave me a $200 credit for a rental car so that was nice but not nearly enough to cover a rental car for 3 months.

Will and his team came highly recommended by a friend and they did a great job. Will kept me in the loop and finished on time which is rare. My car looks new again. I'd definitely recommend Master Collision.

These guys are phenomenal and very fairly priced. My dealership recommended them after I was rear-ended and they took great care of me. They're also family owned and operated and it shows in the care they take. Highly recommend, and the work was perfect!

Will and his team are amazing, very helpful and they were all very patience with me. I was dealing with a new car I just bought from my grandma that was hit and scraped along the side. It was also the first time handling insurance and damage on my own, so I was a bit confused but Will and his team had everything handled so I didn't have to worry. They kept me in the loop about insurance and when my car would be ready. Great service!

I have used Master Collision Specialists for over 10 years and multiple repairs. Will and his team run a reliable, fair, reasonable shop. I always get multiple proposals for repairs, and have done both insurance and non-insurance repairs on our vehicles. No shop in Denver has ever beat them on price - but what keeps me coming back is the service. Not many shops run like a true family where relationship matters, but Master Collision does and it shows. Thank you Will and team for all that you do and have done!

Will and his team are incredibly kind and did a fabulous job! They worked with my insurance like a dream and really advocated for me. I am so thankful for them! While I hope I don't have a need to go back, if I do, I will for sure be going to them!
