Had such a great experience with Daryl! My parked car was hit by an uninsured bus company and it was an absolute nightmare even getting a police report. Once I scheduled my appt with Matrix though, things were super easy. Daryl updated me multiple times throughout the process and actually had my car done on the day he said it would be done! He communicated with my insurance for me. Car looks great and came back to me washed and detailed. You would never know it had over $6k worth of body damage a few weeks ago.

I had a very good experience with this shop, they fixed my car's defense very well, very happy to work with them.
Daryl was always very attentive, always answered when I had questions, very kind and always there to support.
They have excellent dynamics with the rental car agency, excellent communication.
I am very grateful and happy to have my car with me and with its new bumper. Very good service.

I do not recommend using this shop. Workmanship is sub-par, paint is pealing off my front bumper, and the back bumper is not aligned with the rear quarter panel. Not good with painting clean/crisp lines. I am taking my car to another shop for their work to be corrected. Daryl is polite, but as a disabled person, his communication felt a little condescending. Of course, that is not uncommon.

I was surprised to need a body shop while trying to have my cracked windshield replaced on my ‘98 4Runner, I was told that I needed rust repair.
I was told that Matrix Autobody was one of the few shops that would do this.
I dealt with Daryl to get this done and he was very straightforward with me about the challenges and unknowns until the glass actually came out.
Beyond doing a good job and getting the work done needed to get me my window replacement, I appreciated that he really interacted with me as a person. Specifically he remembered things about our first conversations when I picked up my 4Runner. As busy as shops typically are, I appreciated this.
Any future work I need done, I’ll be taking here.

Absolutely amazing job done here on my Honda civic, I unfortunately was a victim of someone smashing my front end while it was parked in a parking lot and I was working. Insurance recommended this place and I am glad they did! Dave was so kind, as well as did an outstanding job fixing my car up in a very reasonable time. She looks better than she did even before someone decided to be reckless, selfish and smash my front end. Just outstanding work, could not be happier. :D

Extremely pleased with the service and efficiency. Was sent here by my insurance after an accident and they made the process extremely easy. Their timeline estimate at that start was pretty close to the actual time even with lots of parts needing replaced on a new car. At the end they caught a missing clip that wasn't replaced and over nighted the part in order to not drag out the repair. In addition I was always able to reach a person when I called for updates and was never left frustrated or wondering what my cars status was.Service: Body & Trim

Do not trust this shop with anything other than brain dead body work, or expect to fight tooth and nail for them to do their job and honor their work.I am not sure if I have heard anything other than excuses come out of Daryl’s mouth from the schedule to poor workmanship. He’ll have an excuse for that.They will conspire with the insurance company to ensure that they are not responsible for the shoddy work that they, and their plethora of sub shops that all take a turn on your vehicle, perform.My life was put in danger as a result of work performed by this shop and their affiliates and I was left with a $1000 bill when everything was said and done.You’ve been warned.

I had an amazing experience with Matrix Autobody working through an insurance claim on my Subaru. Daryl was great to work with, he kept me updated on everything going on with the claim process and clear instructions on what I needed to do. Daryl also was awesome in helping me understand the timeline, what was being worked on and why. I only had to call them one time, otherwise Matrix always reached out first to keep me in the loop.
