Absolutely amazing job done here on my Honda civic, I unfortunately was a victim of someone smashing my front end while it was parked in a parking lot and I was working. Insurance recommended this place and I am glad they did! Dave was so kind, as well as did an outstanding job fixing my car up in a very reasonable time. She looks better than she did even before someone decided to be reckless, selfish and smash my front end. Just outstanding work, could not be happier. :D

Extremely pleased with the service and efficiency. Was sent here by my insurance after an accident and they made the process extremely easy. Their timeline estimate at that start was pretty close to the actual time even with lots of parts needing replaced on a new car. At the end they caught a missing clip that wasn't replaced and over nighted the part in order to not drag out the repair. In addition I was always able to reach a person when I called for updates and was never left frustrated or wondering what my cars status was.Service: Body & Trim

Do not trust this shop with anything other than brain dead body work, or expect to fight tooth and nail for them to do their job and honor their work.I am not sure if I have heard anything other than excuses come out of Daryl’s mouth from the schedule to poor workmanship. He’ll have an excuse for that.They will conspire with the insurance company to ensure that they are not responsible for the shoddy work that they, and their plethora of sub shops that all take a turn on your vehicle, perform.My life was put in danger as a result of work performed by this shop and their affiliates and I was left with a $1000 bill when everything was said and done.You’ve been warned.

I had an amazing experience with Matrix Autobody working through an insurance claim on my Subaru. Daryl was great to work with, he kept me updated on everything going on with the claim process and clear instructions on what I needed to do. Daryl also was awesome in helping me understand the timeline, what was being worked on and why. I only had to call them one time, otherwise Matrix always reached out first to keep me in the loop. These guys are clearly awash in business and don't need mine. I called about getting an estimate to repair some previous damage on my daughter's car because the other driver's insurance had totaled the car. I just needed an independent estimate of the cost to repair damage that was not from the most recent accident. The guy on the phone was condescending and rude. He claimed he would have to bring the car into the shop and completely disassemble it to give a repair estimate. I've never heard such bs from a body shop before. If you need your Lexus or Ferrari repaired and have full insurance coverage these are the guys for you. If not, go elsewhere - unless you enjoy being insulted by a bloviating jerk.

Super friendly and timely service. My car was rear ended and Darryl took complete care of everything. He spoke directly with insurance and helped to set up my rental car including transportation to the rental place. I highly recommend Matrix Auto body to anyone and everyone!

Daryl and his shop are awesome. They did really fast work and came in under budget on a quote that was much better than everyone else nearby. Very responsive, good with updates, and they even vacuumed and washed my truck!

I was given a glowing recommendation from a friend for MATRIX Auto body, and they did not disappoint. From the moment I pulled in for a quote, until I picked up my vehicle, I had exceptional customer service here. Daryl is the best, he helped ease the stress of a car accident and his empathy is real. He walked me through each step, keeping me aware of everything and handling everything for me, from having the rental car place pick me up...to dealing with the insurance company. If the customer service aspect wasn't enough, the workmanship of the repairs and the care given to making sure it's done RIGHT, took this place over the top!! My vehicle looks perfect, and they cared enough to make sure that every detail, even the ones I couldn't see...were handled. I have taken my daughter's car there recently, and I received the best service once again. I cannot recommend this place enough.They are the best auto shop and honestly...best business in general that I've dealt with in a very long time, and I have dealt with a few other body shops in my years that never came close. You can tell they won't rip their customers off and actually give a damn and that goes a long way for me. If you need a 5-star body shop, (10 star in my book) If I could give this place 10 stars, I would!! I had exceptional customer service here, and I can truly say after my car accident this is the place to go for all my auto body needs. Not sure I've ever written a review before but I feel compelled to for Matrix.Wow. What a great experience it was working with Dave and his team. I only needed minor body & trim work and the quote they gave me was much lower than previous quote from elsewhere. They finished the job quickly and on time, even cleaned my car, and it looks as good as new. This will be my new shop for any autobody needs. Highly recommend Matrix Autobody.
