I don't know if the lady was racist or what? when I walked in, you could tell they didn't Want to help me. Wanted to argue with me about the insurance. At least let me get the phone number if you're not going to help.

The girl who helped me was great but customer service on the phone is a joke even she couldn't get me to correct person she tried so hard for me but no one was understanding us smh!! Can we get a call center in the states please. Lol I was denied my insurance claim because it was old different insurance she tried getting to correct insurance since I been paying 7$ but no one was understanding us so I had to buy a new phone which I didn't want to but had too so I had been paying for bad Insurance for two years what a rip off.

I've never really had any problems with the service with Metro usually they can troubleshoot issues that I have with my phone I was on somebody else's account I thought it was going to be really hard to get off their account but we called the customer service and they did it over the phone took about a half hour but everything got situated I wasn't sure if it really went through so I stopped at a at this Metro T-Mobile and ask them you know if it if my account or my phone was removed off the previous account they informed me yes and told me when my due date was what my payment would be very helpful the phones are reasonably priced

I love that they were able to replace my screen protector so quickly! I hate that my screen protector doesn't have a warranty considering it broke less than 2 weeks after buying it! Thanks everyone! A+
