Roy and veer have been the best customer service I've dealt w by far in metro he got me credit when it was needed and also a free tablet while all along the metro serv 611 line lied to me so my service got suspended then when I tried calling back I was told since my acct was suspended I couldn't speak to any representative or agent at all that is the worst and most unacceptable customer service I have ever dealt w so thanx for Roy n veer I will continue my service unless metro tries pulling other unacceptable things thank u much

Only MetroPCS location I go to. They are always ready to help me with whatever issue. They all work together to get my family taken care of and they don't get annoyed with us. We go in maybe every 6months for upgrades, broken, lost phones. I highly recommend this spot.

Poor customer service rude, and I really felt like I was gett scammed on my upgrade, which they charge full price for a phone now! Since when did they change the policy ? Went from the free phone upgrade to the open your wallet and give me everything you got upgrade ...um yea I think not see ya suckas you ain't get me.
