The "manager" as of 1/25/25, tried to take an extra 5.00$ from me,because he didn't have change. SMH....never going there again!!! And says to me, next time you come bring someone with you so I can explain to you your bill, because you are not obviously understanding..... I didn't even want to give the one star rating!!!

I went in to have my phone number from another carrier switched over to a T-Mobile/Metro PCS compatible phone that I was given. I learned that the account had been locked on that phone. I didn't know what to do.
Daisy stepped in and showed me a few options that were right in my price range! I even ended up grabbing a phone that was an upgrade to the one I was trying to activate!
Bottom line - Daisy and her associates really take the time to take care of their customers. Although I live across town, this is my store! Thank you.

I went in two weeks ago to pay my bill and paid it when I paid it they said it will take a few minutes for it to go in I was like okay. Then my phone started to work what I just now figured out was they changed my plan and now I'm wondering why I paid for the 60.00 plan and I go to the online payment site and it says I'm owe 54.00. It is almost like they stole my money just for a little bit of gain.

Brenda is terrible she is rude and unprofessional she had me spend 140 nd then tell me she would give me 30 back she had a attitude after she sold me a jacked up phone I will never come here don't waste your money

Took forever and was only customer. Then finally got phone and was walking out noticed my phone couldn't connect or dial. I swear when I went back in some one said "I told you he would notice." Avoid store at all costs. I feel like they were trying to take advantage of being bilingual.
