I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at your Metro PCS location at 4819 Pecos, which truly stood out due to the incredible service we received by :NIKHIL
Today, I accompanied my 87-year-old mother, who recently had her Apple phone stolen
from her walker. As we walked into the store, we were greeted by NIKHIL a remarkable salesperson whose kindness and dedication made a significant difference in our visit.
NIKHIL took the time to patiently guide us through the various phone options, discussing the pros and cons of each. I explained that my mother doesn't need high-tech features but does want to be able to use WhatsApp. Additionally, since she only speaks Spanish, I was concerned about finding someone who could communicate effectively with her. Y NIKHIL también habla ESPAÑOL. This amazing salesperson not only understood our needs but also went above and beyond to assist us. He helped us select a suitable phone, explained how to use it, and even assisted us in downloading the necessary apps. To top it off, he secured a special deal for us that made the purchase even more worthwhile. We left the store feeling grateful and excited about our new purchase, knowing that we found a phone that would be easy for my mother to use. I have already shared my experience with friends, encouraging them to visit this store and ask for NIKWIL!
Please convey my heartfelt gratitude to him for his exceptional service. He is a true asset to METRO PCS and I believe he deserves recognition for his outstanding dedication to customer care. Thank you for fostering such a positive environment for us today! YOU ROCK🏆

The sales agent was AWESOME!!! But everything else though....If I could give negative stars I would. I was over charged for an upgrade . Phone is listed for $119 on website. I was charged $180 ?Plan had to changed to a higher plan. My balance was $25 this morning, now its $77. And that's AFTER paying $180?! Phone is a TCL Ionx or better yet a joke!! Cant hear hardly anything, processing power is minimal at Best! Foreign customer service was unwilling to help and couldn't explain why this situation transpired. No one can answer a phone at the store, its a fax line only ? I've had a better experience being robbed at gunpoint on East Colfax

This store is robbing people and straight up lies to your face about it. Charging $150-180 for free phones and saying it’s for service makes no sense when service is only 50 or $60 and than has the nerve to say pricing and every metro is different metro is metro

I came in last night at the last minute waiting for my daughter's nail appointment and the girl working was amazing! She helped me find a simple upgrade phone and helped me Remove a virus on my phone. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. Very good experience, I was pleased that she was fast and so knowledgeable.

I walked into Metro by T-Mobile on 72nd Pecos. I was trying to change carriers. I asked her if I needed to buy another phone or could I keep the same cell phone? she was so rude, disrespectful and had an attitude totally unprofessional! She then told me she was the( MANAGER!!)Metro by T-Mobile you lost a customer we'll go somewhere else.

I was with Metro PCS for over two years, and I will never go back. Coverage is horrible, and I was always dropping phone calls. Everytime I called customer service, it was always someone who I can barely understand, and wasn't helpful at all.
