I went to the store and waited for them to open it was past their opening time and still nobody showed up there was another person waiting so I ended up going to a different T-Mobile store down the road on Hampden which helped me but they told me that they thought this store was closed up but there was no sign stating that, not very good customer service in my opinion and yes I'm sure about which store I'm writing a review about the store was not open myself and one other customer waited and it never opened at the time it was supposed to so we left.

I came in without a phone bc it's at the bottom of cherry creek. So I came in and Diana was a great help she got me what I needed and I appreciate her very much thank you again.

Dianna was awesome!! We were asking about a bunch of stuff !! Like so much stuff and details on things and phones that most people would probably just tell you to come in, lol and we just called and she had the answers to everything and she was so nice and informative! Usually we get really stressed out having these conversations but she had great customer service!! :)

Esmeralda was the best! Super helpful! The store was busy, busy, busy and she handled everyone’s questions and payments so quickly! She was very professional smiled and was very gracious. Keep up the amazing work. Girl, you’re the bomb!

Literally walked in to this store and this short Spanish girl flashed my phone with new service in under 10 minutes. I'm not sure if she thought I was being disrespectful by trying to give her 5 dollars from the 9 dollars in change I got back but I wasn't and you should have just taken it because your pay per hr. Plus $5 is a 5 dollar raise for that hr. Just saying. Regardless though I've never had anyone do that as fast as her. Thank you.

Currently standing outside the store it's 10:23 and it says you open at 10. Very poor customer service to start with. Your try calling and no one ever answers and when they do their very rude and sound uninterested in helping you. I'd say whoever works here is doing a very poor job representing your company

The guy working was running a fun little scam of saying one gets a free speaker, case, and a screen protector as a part of a promotion. I didn't realize that until I told him that I prefer to find my own leather case and bam, the price of the phone dropped by $40 magically.I saw him pull this with the lady before me, and the person after me. I kept my mouth shut, but thought it was incredibly shady.

Had a blast actually , the store was nicely polished and clean and had a very rather clean scent than I have ever seen in any Metro by T-Mobile where iam from in Texas. Denver stores are rude and I almost popped off as my daughter was being treated bad ! and pushy! but these people were nice did not catch the name of the female worker as she was busy helping the but she was also really pleasant and I got great customer service! Both are were amazing. Not sure how others perceived purchasing but Ziyleth was above and beyond throughly and briefly explained how I can get a free speaker with the purchase of a new line for my daughter which was included with a case and a screen protector for around $120-140 , the retail price of the phome was $260 so this is no scheme , he also explained in a 360 degree options: just getting the phone by itself with no promotion was available which with the 50 plan and insurance with taxes out door was $89. Why not spend he extra$20? Get a better phone and protection kit ? Included with my free speaker that I love ! Took 12 mins thankfully these people like this who aren't mad when your in que @ Metro ? they even made me laugh

I had an amazing experience at this Metro store. The young lady (her name was Maritz) that worked there was very knowledgeable. She looked at the phone we had and was able to show us models that would be at the same if not better than we had before. This phone was for my daughter, and she is extremely happy with her phone.
