I was tearing up when I went to go activate my phone, literally if they could check the cameras and see my wiping my tears. Today 06/10/22 was an amazing day. I can’t believe I didn’t ask for her name but if you happen to get helped by a lady with long hair with brownish-blonde highlights and it was around 3PM on 06/10/2022 then you’ve been blessed by the kindness she has. I want to thank her for being friendly and dealing with my moms broken grammar and stutter ? I recommend everyone to go the this metro pcs for great deals. I hope she sees this and how much my mom and I appreciate her attitude <3

My family and I were assisted by Briana & Omar! These two incredible representatives made our upgrades exciting and smooth. Their customer service was enjoyable and impeccable. They both did a wonder job upgrading 4 phones. They explained our individual offers and walked us through each phones upgrade. They answered all questions and did not make us feel like any of our questions were d*** questions. This location is very clean. All employees were respectful, welcoming and their professionalism was unmatched. Thankful that our FIRST ever experience was a positive and memorable one. We will not go to any other location but this one. Thank you T-Mobile for your exceptional employees- they are truly a wonderful representation of what this company is. Didn't appreciate the customer service at all. Just wanted to turn my new phone on. Woman starts asking me whether I did this or that using a bunch of acronyms like ISN, IMEI like I'm a Doogie Houser. All I wanted was somebody to simply tell me how to hook up to the network because those stores keep selling me shitty phones i have to replace, but she tells me to go on the web, this that and the third... here's the thing, your stupid website doesn't allow me to do anything because of a "connection issue" so piss of. Shouldn't be charging a paying customer another $20 for some idiot to punch in a couple numbers. Also, Manager Lady, you're not smart because you spit out a bunch of tech acronyms, you're just arrogant and work at a shitty cell phone store.
