I've gotten assistance here before but as of mid November 2023, they have a rotten apple. This girl had the worst and most impatient attitude that I had to walk out and go to another location. Talking to me as if I was unable to comprehend information as she rolled her eyes while explaining options, playing on her phone as I was trying to verify with Metro my ID, telling her coworker that I didn't know what I was doing in Spanish (not knowing I am fluent) and tapping her feet and finger nails. I asked, 'are you trying to hurry me because it's your server that's slow' and she got her phone from her back pocket and walked away. I'll never go back to that store again. Never.

Last week I bought a cell phone which they gave me a good price, I don't deny the detail is when they offer me the screen protector and the cell phone protector which I paid for and they only gave me the screen protector and the cell phone protector they don't have it and they don't have it and I They have it come tomorrow and then I go and nothing has happened three times since I go and the truth is I feel disappointed

If I could give a 0 start I would . DO NOT SHOP IN THIS STORE . They take your money and you phone will not work ! After paying $300 for a phone the phone doesn’t work no service. And will not refund my money when I came into store for 8 days to get the phone fixed . I want my money back for the phone ! Pooor customer service. Rude . Ali put his hand in my face very unprofessional! This shore needs to be shut down !

I just called this location to ask about a new phone. As I was asking my question, apparently the person on the other end didn't hear it because they were talking to someone in the store. I heard her say "what's uuuup". As I was asking my question. Then she said "how can I help you"? So I repeated my question again more loudly. Then she hung up on me. I've been with MetroPCS for over two years now. So I'm considered a value customer but for this disrespect, I will no longer be with MetroPCS. I'm switching to Cricket.

I ALWAYS avoid this location and will drive across town to another Metro before coming to this particular one.I spent $300 + on a new phone at the Metro PCS store on Tower Road, customer service there was great as I was helped by a nice young lady named Alicia. After activating my new phone, Alicia realized that the screen protector that I purchased did not fit properly. She called over to this store, and told them that she was sending me over to pick up a (PAID FOR)screen protector because they had the ones that fit my phone. My screen protector/case and phone was all PAID for. I walked in, and was greeted by Daisy. I told her that Alicia from the Tower store just called and sent me over to pick up my screen protector. She says "oh yeah ok". So then she asks "did you already pay for the screen protector?" I tell her "yes". Then she reaches for the phone and says "let me just make sure'. At that point, I was VERY offended. I just got done spending over $300+ and to insinuate that I would lie about a $10-$15 screen protector is absurd. This is why I refuse to come to this location because of the treatment but was forced because they had the screen protector that actually fit. To add insult to injury, if Daisy was going to call and confirm that I paid for the screen protector anyway, then why did she ask if I indeed paid for it? Again this is why I do NOT spend my money at this particular store. They treat you like trash. I have been a METRO customer for years and out of all the stores around the Denver metro area this one is the worst I've come across. Avoid going here, especially if your black because it seems to me they cater to the Hispanic community.

Yo solo quería cambiar de teléfono y me dijeron que no podía en vez me agregaron una línea a mi cuenta. Me cobraron más de $300 dólares!!!!!! Y aparte me cobraron aparte los accesorios que compre.Regrese 3 días después para preguntar si me podían poner mi número y la muchacha en turno se porto muy grosera y hasta me grito.Fui a otra tienda y me ayudaron y le quitaron la restricción que habían puesto en mi cuenta.Y me dijeron que si pude solo haber cambiado de teléfono no quisieron.

The manager lady was very rude. I got 3 lines ported over from boost but somehow my account was set on high security and I could not get anything done over the phone. I finally had enough time to make it to another Metro PCS and found out that I had 4 phones on my account as the 4th line was free but we never gave them permission to add a 4th line and the other metro told me that this is probably the reason the manager set us up as a high security account so that we could not find this out easily. I am really scared as to what else this location has been doing.
