worst tmobile service i have ever gotten. came in asking about two specific models, he wasted 15 minutes of my time showing me the one brand i specifically said i didn't want, then had no idea where the nearest full tmobile store was. Told me to just google it, despite the fact that i was in there because i lost my phone.

After switching phone services.. Francisco helped my family with a better phone service.. everything from switching to getting set-up was great THANKS TO FRANCISCO!!. He definitely goes above and beyond definitely 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
If there is a employee of the month I know he should definitely get it!. Thank you so much Francisco we appreciate everything you did for us.

WORST PLACE OF ALL TIME!!!! HORRIBLE PEOPLE WITH NO ENGLISH AND VERY HORRIBLE MANNERISMS! STARE DOWNS WITH ME BECAUSE SHE DOESNT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH!!! Do not go to this store, its disgusting, dirty, and no flowing air which is very suitable for the people that work there.

I've been a MetroPCS customer for over 10 years! I guess it was too early for them?? They tried to give me good customer service, but I ended up going to a different location. I've been to multiple locations and this one is DEFINITELY NOT the best around! Save yourself the time and headache and make the drive to a different location to get better cs. He spoke down to me and asked me to go to another location to get what I needed @917am. I was being very polite and friendly.

Highly recommend!Francisco & Ana were friendly, knowledgeable & very helpful! They took care of my needs as I needed to replace my wifi hotspot box that someone stole from me. They didn't have one in stocks, but called another store & got it set up so I just had to go pick it up. Fantastic customer service!

I left a message earlier on here a comment and it was deleted I'm going to say this again I've tried to contact this specific store to ask about a phone to see if they carry it in the store for about a week no one picks up the phone here I've been calling periodically and no one has picked up this phone

Very satisfied with the service at this location. The girls and mgr have the best customer service and always have a good attitude. I will definitely be paying my bill there every month!

The employees have attitudes and not trustworthy. Not only that but I paid my bill in cash and went home trusting that the employee would apply the money to the bill. He stole my money and while I was driving home! I received 6 text messages saying my account was changed. I drove all the way back to the store to get my money and customer service made the clerk change my account back to its original account.
