I've never been treated so rudely tell me there's some store fee of $5.00 first off I know what I pay every month I feel as if they're charging some fee to give themselves a tip. I'm sure you make enough money if I'm going to give a tip it's not because I'm forced to. My payday coming up I will be changing phone companies. Your covered up black eye really is a little bit of a concern to. And you really have no pull on telling people where they can or can't pay their bill!!!!!!

I have been a customer for over 2 years. May I add that during those 2 years I never missed a payment bot was I late. Now my phone will not connect to mobile data(network connection). It's a 5G phone and because it doesn't connect I need a new phone. And metro refuses to correct the situation. I don't want FREE anything I just want the phone I paid for to work however METROPCS doesn't agree and refuses to right the situation.

Came to do a bill payment for my moms line and the girl that helped me was more focused on her baby than to take my bill payment worst service ever bad customer service the other gentleman seems more professional at his job than her. This is not a job for a baby. PLEASE FIND A CHILDCARE FACILITY OR FIND A JOB AT HOME FOR YOU AND YOUR CHILD.

I mentioned Marisol once I arrived in the store that I am hearing impaired, and the only way I can use a cell phone is with the streaming compatible feature. We could download the app, and I thought the streaming would go along. It was not the case. The phone does not do streaming to through the hearing aids. I cannot use it. The phone I upgraded for $223 from is not compatible. I returned the following day. I was charged once again for reconnecting my old phone. Marisol does not answer my texts to offer possible solutions. What should I do with this phone? Why am I giving away to Metro PCS my money? What kind of service is this?
