Very poor service and locks the phone in the face of customers

They scammed me and told me that for 4 lines I had to pay 100 dollars and more, my internet bill totaled 155 plus taxes like 160 but I checked my application and saw that they raised the line to 200 dollars, meaning they lied to me, they scammed me and that is a serious crime, lying to people just for their own benefit, I am going to report this because I wanted to pay less not more, I don't know why they have people working who only deceive with lies.

So let me begin by saying, the gentleman in this location are absolutely the most helpful, kind, patient, and honest staff I've ever encountered dealing with any phone company in my life! On Father's day I wanted to get my SO a samsung watch. The first location we went to were sold out and had checked with the manager that other stores were out as well. On a whim, I decided to check with this location anyway. They had 1 watch left and we wanted it. Upon opening the box, staff realized the charger had been removed. Staff could've been shady and sold it to us anyway. (Has happened) Instead, they told us what was going on and called another location to bring a new unopened device. The whole time they were super informative about questions and apologized for the mistake, which wasn't their fault anyway. We had to wait a little while for the employee from the Colfax location to arrive because of holiday traffic. While waiting, staff noticed my personal phones screen saver was cracked. Previously, another location told me it was my screen, not the screen saver, and it could not be fixed, despite being insured. The employee here noticed that it was just my screen protector, asked permission, and immediately replaced it for no charge! It took him about 3 minutes FLAT! They also were able to help my SO figure out his phone settings for a few things. At this point, we were asking every question related to our phone services that we had and they answered them all. I told them about our tmobile internet running slowly too. I got great info and later ended up at tmobile picking up a new modem because mine was outdated. By the time we got the watch delivered and set up, they solved a whole list of issues we were having and were happy to help us. These gentlemen have raised the standard of customer service and should be training staff at other locations. I'll be back for myself soon and will only go to this location in the future!!

The store executive was super helpful and friendly from the start.
They helped me get a great phone, tablet, and smartwatch within my budget.
Explained everything clearly and set up my devices right there.
Highly recommend this store for top-notch service and great deals!

Very amazing customer service! I had doubts going to a MetroPcs store since I had the worst customer service at the Leetsdale/Monaco location. THIS STORE IS CLEAN, HAS AC and HAS A PERSON THAT SPEAKS ENGLISH!! Customer service that went above and beyond with unspeakable deals and servicing my new tablet with ease. My only MetroPcs store from now on!

I had a broken screen & wanted to get my phone upgraded. Mike & Ronnie the assistants were super great @ letting me know phone deals and how much lines costed, I ended up getting a better price on the phone I wanted. & will definitely come back here for future services.

You go up there and they have not one single manager on duty nobody speaks English and they got some little girl there that works through probably isn't even an official employee for T-Mobile itself or Metro PCS and speaks ZERO english.. a bunch of clowns for employees
